Pls I would appreciate your input, I currently use a Camry 2010.
Based on where I live my front pumper has been disfigured many times as it is low, and roads bad...

I was thinking of an upgrade to sometrhung high and above the ground, RX 350 will deal with with fuel.... I don't like a RAV4....

Which cost effective, petrol friend car will you recommend, that is a little high above the floor....

I don't think google map is problem, many don't know how to use it. Its not about looking at the directions on the phone... There is an audio that you simply need to listen to to turn left or right(many don't know that).

But if you need a standard nice 3 bed room 6 to 8 million. Will give you what you need...

But if the wall gets wet during raining season is the Tyrolean still better than the tiles out side??

Not including borehole...
If its 6 inches block, and roofing is not the long span but roofing sheets.... Electrical and plumbing not fanciful... Just simple... Even the tiling will be simple....

I really think 5 to 6 million can get him into his house.... I think its very possible

As I said it’s not compulsory to screed the pop, but to give good smother look, ask your pop man or painter to screed and sand paper it.

To your neighbor that paint directly without screed didn’t commit any crime for doing so

But agree with me that we have good , better, and best in everything this also applicable to finishing.

Screeding 1st follow by tilling.
2.screed your pop to give good and smooth finishing more so it compulsory to paint it after screed and sand paper might have done

corolla is more recent, better fuel economy, more refined design, lighter means less suspension failure, corolla is synonymous with good resale value and not yet favored by robbers and vandals.

The cons are

Cost of parts due to its scarse nature, more expensive parts replacement if something breaks, the devil you know is better than an angel you don't so ensure you do all the checks needed to confirm state of the car. Also customs can be on your matter so ensure the papers are genuine.
