Well, i would say that i was really frustrated especially when i saw that the people who also came for interview with me, were giving their visas, but mine was experiencing something unusual. Finally my visa didn´t come for the winter session and my enrollment deadline was over. worst still, my 8040 euros was hanging in the deutsche bank for almost six months. I went to the embassy to find a way to get my money back as soon as possible but the visa officer was unusually friendly when she noticed that i was diplomatically aggressive. she advised me to quickly find schools for summer intake and once i have my admission, that it sure gonna be fast this time. That was encouraging to me so i gathered some nerves and started looking for my studies from almost all German universities in the Summer session. But God so kind, i found a school quickly, applied, got the admission, booked an appointment in which case the interview appointment was just in three days, went for it, got my visa after 19 days. hahaha...
Overall, i would have to say that God was so kind to me, because all hope was almost gone. Now i study at Uni Frankfurt.

Hmmmm. You should have withdrawn your application and collected your documents. Wasn't even in your best interest to wait for a rejection from the consulate. Good thing you didn't get it though (Check your mail vigorously). Maybe others can say more, but what I would do if I were in your shoes was to write the consulate first and explain things to them (obviously, you don't need to go into details) to know the next step even before funding the account.

I have a question I hope the gurus can help me with. Anyone is welcome to give their opinion, thanks.
After gaining admission earlier this year to University of Tuebingen, I applied for visa and went for interview as required. Interview was ok, I believe. But last minute, my sponsor messed up and I couldn't raise that amount of money in such a short time between my interview and enrollment deadline. The school has told me I can come in next summer or winter semester, whichever I choose.
Meanwhile, after my interview, the embassy sent me the usual message to fund but it's been silent since then. I was expecting a rejection letter or something and it hasn't arrived since October. My documents are still with them. I didn't bother going there all this time because I was too depressed and I just threw myself into working and trying to raise the money myself.

My question is do I apply for a visa all over? Or just go ahead to fund my blocked account against the coming semester? (I haven't decided whether to go in the summer and winter) Or is there a particular type of application for people in my shoes?

I'd appreciate a response please, especially from those that have been in a similar situation.

haibe: Just search for skidrow crack for pes 2013 on google, you should get a site to download, but i doubt its the crack problem, either you didn't install well or the game is bad, i think its better buying another one or just wait for pes 14 which will be out soon.

It would only be blank if you haven't copied the crack

Is there any site I can download a better crack? Or any other means to get it.

A crack folder.
No patch came with tho.

Yes I did. I copied it into the pes2013 folder on my hard disk and the game installed.
Only thing is, its Just not displaying properly as I explained above.

haibe: Skidrow folder is a folder where the crack is, if you don't have skidrow folder, look for a folder named crack and copy all files in it to the installation directory.

Yeah. I did that.
The game installed but won't display anything. Once I open it, it goes into fullscreen normally like its about to load and just remains there. Black screen.

I checked my vram & I'm sure its capable of running the game.

Just dunno if the crack that came with it is bad or maybe I'll need a patch.
Anyone knows where I can dl a patch to fix the problem?

haibe: 6) Copy all files in the Skidrow folder to the installation directory i.e Local disk C/program files/konami/pes 13/ or whichever folder you installed it in your local disk: C
There should be 2 "program files" folder, so just check for the one that includes konami.

You can now run and play the game.

Erm sir, pls what exactly is the 'Skidrow' folder?
I installed it successfully following the above instructions but when I try to play, it comes up but doesn't display anything.
The pes application is running but it only display a black screen.
What to do? Thanks
