Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi Ojaja II will be interred in the ancient City of Ile-Ife on Saturday 23rd April 2016.

The funeral activities will on Friday 22nd April 2016 begin with a service of songs at Oduduwa College Ile-Ife by 4:30pm to be followed by the funeral service 11am on Saturday 23rd April 2016at the St. Paul’s Anglican Church,Aiyegbaju, Ile-Ife, while Her remains will be interred at the church cemetery with Reception and entertainment for the invited guests at the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital (OAUTH), Ground, Phase 2, Gate, Ile-Ife. It will be recalled that the late matriarch of Ogunwusi Royal family and wife of late Prince Joseph Ogunwusi died on Febuary 8th at the ripe age of 104 and survived by a child Prince Oluropo Ogunwusi father of Ooni Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi Ojaja II and grandchildren including a London based Prince Adegboyega Ogunwusi and Adetunji Ogunwusi, a Lekki based gentle giant in the real estate industry. PRESS RELEASE

As the fuel scarcity being experienced all over the country persist, the Petroleum Products Pricing Regulatory Agency, PPPRA, says there is no plan to increase the official pump price of petrol in the country. In a statement released today April 3rd, the Acting Executive Secretary of PPPRA, Sotonye Iyoyo, said it will retain the retail prices of N86.00 for the NNPC, and N86.50 for the other Marketing companies.

The statement advised marketers to ensure that there is no price distortion in their respective fuel stations. The regulatory body dismissed rumors making the rounds of an increase in pump price.

“PPPRA is resolutely committed to the sustenance of its reform initiatives, in order to further guarantee adequate supply of products nationwide.

We therefore assure Nigerians of our total commitment to service delivery, in the quest to deliver on our mandate to the people of Nigeria,” the statement said.

Unlike other years, this year, so many companies and top websites, decided to participate in the very popular April 1st prank.

Top transport Company, God Is Good Motors, pranked their customers today by carefully designing and publishing a post via their official Facebook Fan Page. In the post as pictured above, GIGM claimed to have launch an airline and most enticingly, a huge discount to all customers, irrespective of the location they are flying to.

To make this look very real, they sponsored the post. When fans clicked on the post, they found a prank alert!!!

Seems like England's attempts to secure the future of Arsenal star & Jay-Jay Okocha's nephew, Alex Iwobi, has failed as he appears to have committed to Nigeria. Alex Iwobi tweeted his arrival back to Abuja on his official twitter page hours ago. This means he has joined up with the senior Nigeria squad ahead of the Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Egypt this week and according to FIFA Rules, if the 19-year-old plays against Egypt, a competitive fixture, he would no longer be eligible to play for another FIFA Affiliated National team.
