Biafra Remembrance Rally In Anambra Turns Bloody

Abuja based man, Gaius Chibueze, says he wants to make history by being the first (and probably the only) person in the world to meet all his 5000 Facebook followers one-on-one. Chibueze says he's determined to achieve this feat and has come up with a roaster for the dates his followers can meet him in different states. The sad news was shared by OAP, Bello Lukman of Unity FM Jos, on his Facebook page. He wrote:

“A female student in the Department of Library Science, Faculty of Education Bayero University Kano Sarah Imoleaya has ended her life by taking an insecticide. Sarah, an Indigene of Edo state dropped a suicide note saying,

“I will not apply for course suspension my academics is all I live for. If I can’t get it right, F… K existence.

The deceased had gone to the faculty office to see if anything could be done about her case, but she found out that it was too late to make amends.

Consequently, she left the office and descended to the stairs where she left her bag.

There, she wrote the suicide note and brought out a container containing Sniper insecticide. She left her mobile phone, charger, suicide note, her bag and the container under the staircase. She was rushed to the hospital where she died.”

Don Jazzy shared the photo on his page and a lady made an advance to him with the exact words "can we date", another lady came into the picture after a few comments and lashed her with the words "amaka sorry for u are u nt ashram of ur self".

Recall there was a ghastly motor accident on Sunday 22nd May 2016 along Umuahia-Okigwe road. (Read Here) . The lady pictured above was one of the victims of that horrific accident.

According her friend on Facebook, they had a chat on Saturday night and she told him she will be coming to Umuahia the next day, not knowing she was going to meet the most terrifying day of her life.

However Ada is not one the persons that died instantly but she is in a critical condition. Her friend solicited for prayers and good will messages (obviously that's all we can do for now). Will keep you posted on her health condition! We hope for a miraculous recovery. Take a minute to say a word of prayer for Ada... See photo of Ada lying unconsciously below...

A three storey building collapsed at the permanent site of Federal Polytechnic Oko, Amaokpala, Anambra State, today Monday 23 May, 2016, at about 8:45 am. According to eye witnesses, they started hearing funny cracking sounds from a part of the building, and in less that 10 minutes, the building was flat on the ground.. The NEMA team was there in no time to rescue the situation.

As at now, there is no accurate number of casualties, but will update once a concrete information is received. Meanwhile some of the injured are receiving treatments at various hospitals. More pictures below...
