All I know is that the Anambra government may build the airport but the government dare not spend 2 billion dollars on it.

Tbh, I understand ur point. You are actually more concerned about the viability of the airport and if the can generate enough money for its own maintenance while the people u are arguing with are just concerned about having an airport. To them, it doesn't matter if the airport can fund itself, all they want is just an airport in Anambra which shows the level of poor reasoning of an average African man.When I first saw the report of Anambra state cooperating with an indigenous company and a Chinese company to spend a whooping 2 billion dollars on an Airport in Anambra ( a state that is not yet among the top 5 states considered by foreign investors to invest ) I was shocked because, that amount would have been used to either build a gas plant for the production of cooking and industrial gas or a power plant. You can just imagine how much Anambra state will be making monthly when the power plant is connected to the National grid and power is sold to Enugu disco or Port Harcourt disco. Imagine how much Anambra state can generate from the sale of gas of the industries in Onitsha, Awka and Nnewi or from the sale of cooking gas to millions of Nigerians who are constantly switching from kerosene to gas for cooking.
Asaba, Enugu and Owerri combined have not achieved up to 1 million passengers yearly and even when u add that to the traffic at Port Harcourt Airport, it will not be up to 1.8 million passengers yearly.Anambra having its own Airport is not a bad idea but now is not the time to waste money on such. The government should get the land ( which they already have ) and wait for the right time to build the airport. How can the entire SE be witnessing a passenger traffic of about 800,000 yearly and u still want to build another Airport in the region? Is that not foolishness?

I don't fall to propaganda. If Catholic is 80% why running around to pick an Anglican as deputy since they have the whole voting block to win.

Obi and Obiano simply won on APGA terms as Igbo party not as Catholic.

But if they want it to be Catholic versus Anglican.

I trust my Diocese everybody will now take the campaign right to the church and altar.

No more Sunday service but political campaign as usual.
