Once you send it, it gets to them and they file it even if they don't acknowledge receipt. Be checking your profile, the required documents section will change from "we need additional information" to "we are processing the additional docs" then to "not applicable"
These are the only things that will show you it has been received.

If you want to call, you can get the IRCC numbers and call but I doubt covid allowed them be in the office to take calls. I don't know. Just monitor your profile and maybe shoot a mail at the Office a week later asking if they received it.

how do i know if it has been received?please is there a number i can call or something?time is off the essence

ADRs are submitted by raising CSE. Except you want to take it there physically Read the ADR mail they sent you, some offices tell you plainly that sending emails don't get acknowledged.

hello people...please i got ADR to submit some documents but the place holder to submit is not showing on my profile....what can i do apart from raising a cse?
