How to flap on, Over the tundra, A mystery, None can fathom,
Between I'm torn, My heart she carries, Hers I, To be entangled, As one, This I've wanted, Till the day after forever,
Physically together, Yusjet has vowed, But fate is obstructing, Text to Tex my happiness,
Things differently surfaces, Stars becomes fire, Lay to corn, Saw of Jig to a killer
The ending will be rejoicing, End this must not,
Rest we shall not, For Everest is not resting 3 Likes 5 Shares |

ahamonyeka: But,where have they been all this while and they have been going to bank and they keep asking them in the bank if they have done their BVN.
Why do we Nigerians like last minute things?if you check most of them are idle at home just to walk down to the bank is a huge problem for them.
May God help us all in this country called nigeria. what do you have to say about those who receive no alert of BVN, no call, etc from the bank, in fact, it has been more than 2 years I've been into the banking hall, that's when I got my atm |

texanomaly: Steady My Heart by Tex
Afraid to move forward ~Transfixing The world keeps turning But I'm frozen in time.
Distance and uncertainty ~Reaching These walls they are high Are you willing to brave them?
You sing to my soul ~Awakening Your symphony beckons me But my past keeps getting in the way.
Stubborn heart ~Melting Standing here waiting For what seems like a lifetime.
Fanning the flames ~Desiring I can't stop this feeling It's burning out of control.
Holding my breath ~Wanting Stampeding heart Longing for your touch.
Daydreams like moving pictures ~Promising Visions we continue to make Sight beyond years partaking.
My heart in your hand ~Believing Fragile dreams caught A river of tears flowing.
Through rose petals and covenants ~Gliding Till the day after eternity breaking Write your name on my heart taking. To whom is it written? |

cisse7575: At my first read. Very good write up. Keep it up.
My suggestion.
"A year before now, I lived in this same house; a gated house where we never had visitors on weekdays, so you can imagine how surprised I would have been when I came back home from work sometimes last year to find 3 young boys sitting by our verandah. I moved up to the boys and instantly recognised one of them. His mum owned a provisions shop down the next street and I had been there to get coffee a few times.".
The bolded words needs restructuring. You are the author, we can't imagine anything. You should display how you feel in a better way. Intact do away with them.
Please tells us your age and that of your brother and those boys. How does your house look like, you only told us it is a gated house. A brick or clay house, the color of the house...
Let us see the wheat her too...
My opinions though, not necessarily you apply them. Will read the second one later. I may reread this and give further critisms. a very nice story with your use of simple present tense, your story is unique... Write up, proud to know a writer genius like you |

For many centuries, the name Tyburn was synonymous with capital punishment, it having been the principal place for execution of London criminals and convicted traitors, including many religious martyrs.
INRODUCTION TO TYBURN: What is a Tyburn? A Tybur Poem is a six lines poetic form where the first four lines consist of just a single two syllabled words each that all rhyme. The last two lines are nine syllables where the fifth to eighth syllables are the words from the first four lines. |

We once again apologise for missing the last class.
Tonight's class, though short, it will be voluminous in terms of the class contents, and it is respectively dedicated to the god of sonnets.
First of all, as poets, we all must remember an icon, a great poet. He 'goes' by the name Williams Shakespeare, I believe we all know who he was and his contributions to the poetry world. Today marks his birthday (Baptised day was recorded instead) in April 23, 1564, he was baptised. And he died 52 years after he was baptised in the year April 23, 1616. |
