I am just looking at the commercial benefits of the league which I believe will be more realistic when you have more fans at the stadium which have propensity to attract an unflinching media exposure which then attract the sponsorship. It is easier to attract 40000 per match from 18 million people. The financial success affects the playing philosophy. This is how the football market works every where. I see why commercially the league is at a loss. Football has a market now and a system, Newcastle might not be among the big four in the english league but listen they have the largest sponsorship package behind the newly man utd AON deal.
