Hello All,
I really need advise here, especially from those here who understand the interview/process. I applied last year, went for the interview and my interview went very well. I answered all the questions asked regarding my field of study and I answered them correctly and was allowed to talk about my SOP, they were impressed. I still didnot get the scholarship hence my confusion,(even with my awards and publications)
I am tempted to conclude that the candidates may have been selected in a man know man basis, but not yet as I know I cant approach this weeks interview with a defeatist mindset.
Is there anything else that needs to be shared asides the obvious?
Does anyone here have insider info as to the real selection process and what panelist look out for?
If they are to select 3/4 per state, what really makes 3/4 candidates stand out from the lot, because I believe alot of candidates just like me, have good results, awards/publications and all other credentials that have been requested for...so what really is the game changer - asides from knowing someone within the panel?

Thats a big statement to judge from just your experience or perspective.Oh and from the many girls you think you know that lost their virginity that way, were you there personally to witbess it, or are you just making assumptions on the credibility of all reports you hear.In the end, i can also say I know another set of 100 Nigerian girls who didnot lose their virginity that way, and it would be my word against yours. If you must make such statements with authority provide credible evidence (facts and figures) to back up your case and clearly state how you gathered such information.

So is it better to lie and maintain a false image of a saint,especially to a guy you hope to spend the rest of your life with? I believe in openess on both sides.. The big things matter as much as the little things.Sometimes understanding where she is coming from creates an avenue for better understanding and compatibility. If your partner cant take the truth or accept you still, then maybe he is not meant for you...cos in the end something about that past may leak and then he will realise that you also lie too.

Well, I just concluded my annual leave and thought to share for y'all to see. I had fun and everyone should try it if they can.

It started from Lagos. It was partially my first time in lag and I had never been to a beach before.

So a friend who is also a Nairalander took me to the beach.

I dnt understand the rationale behind justifying a wrong act by sayin d man did same...Even if he did,she is still wrong, and isnt any less at fault simply cos d man was outside d country.In all fairness only both parties knw wat went down. Lets try to be more objective here and nt raise excuses for a wrong act. my opinion

klifeomg: Those who applied for Egbin Power Plant are different from IKEDC schedule.Our mails were boldly stated there on the 3rd August(next Sunday).

The offer letter from sahara says we are meant to start on 1st,and anoda mail sent to EVERYONE to come for onboarding exercise on the 3rd,While the NAPTIN email stated 4th for commencement.I tink its in progression if U̶̲̥̅̊ ask me.Sahara's top officials might want to have a moment or two with us,before Naptin in full.. #just saying tho# so take all those dates seriously..bigups guys!
