Little algeria is spending more than us on defence. Egypt as well is spending much more than us in defence. And guess what: their countries are safe.
Our defence budget is too small, boko haram budget is probably even bigger than our defence budget.

I never said in the "military"...I said "JTF" tackling Boko Haram in the North. Most of these soldiers in JTF were selected based on their familiarity with the states, ability to communicate with locals and for locals to relate to them, religion-wise. I was a former Navy officer for your information so I know damn well what I am taking about.
