The referendum will only be for the seceding people of Biafrans SE and SS people to decide if they want to leave the Nigeria state, once they get up to 2/3 of the populations of the people who want to leave the UN will grant them their soverignty. So we dont need the SW or North to be recognise by the UN.

Yes I knw the SW or north are not inclusive in the voting but I just assume if they are asked will the shamefully agree to one nigeria or proubly say they shld go.

What am worried about is why are the other region not wanting SE/SS to go? If a vote is to be cast will the SW/North support the secession to happen or not? And if they say No what will be there gain?

Biafra is very possible if they continue taking it step by step without violence until the UN interferes The Nigeria Gvt shld keep arresting and killing for that will even hasten it. Secession isn't a war thing.
