Application for Fall Semester 2019 is open yet on Conestoga website. And would not be open until december this year.
Do i suffer a risk if I send a mail to CIC notifying them of DLI change.

Reapply to Conestoga for the fall term 2019 and keep your offer letter stand by, owing to the fact that CIC will surely request for an updated acceptance letter from you when your application is near success to be approved. You can't change a DLI while your application is still undergoing processing, you can only be able to effect a change on your DLI when you've successfully acquired your TRV through your MyCiC account.

I got admission to two Canadian colleges (Conestoga and Humber) for similar courses(same syllabus sef). I applied for my first canadian study permit in March using Conestoga, got my rejection letter in May. Applied again in june (still using conestoga) and I am still awaiting approval (IJN) from VO till now. My course starts on the 1st of September (too late). I asked for a semester deferment till Winter(January) for both colleges, Got deferment from Humber, but Conestoga did not process deferment on time and no more available course till Fall semester 2019.
How can I notify the visa officer that I want to change my college from Conestoga to Humber.
Will this affect my application.

Hello Nairaland,

Subsequent to my initial refusal I want to apply for a study permit again. I want to know the best way to address my Refusal letter in my SOP. I also want to find out how have my house valued.

how do you have your house valued and how long and how much does it take?

In the link shared, it says you have to be atleast a canadian Permanent Resident before you can order for your GCMS note.
How long before I receive a response on GCMS note?

Lastly to question No 5 - Your passport expiration date doesn't have any negative effect on your application once it has a 6 months validation, your visa will be issued to you based on the length of the passport since it will expire before the end of your program. While in Canada, you can apply for a new passport at the Nigerian embassy there and extend your study permit till the end of your program.

I was rejected today based on 5 different reasons to believe that I will not leave Canada after completion of program:
1. personal Finance & Assets.
2. Purpose
3. Family Ties
4. Current employment situation
5. My passport will expire before the completion of program

Hello. I applied for study permit twice and was denied in all. I requested for my GCMS note which I'll attach.
I have some concerns based on the reasons given. I read Chemistry for first degree, applied for Masters in Business admin. I have 3years work experience as a Business Development officer.prior to this I worked 1year as a chemist. Pls based on the GCMS note, what does Personal Circumstances and Family composition mean? During the application I applied alone without my spouse.

I got admission into Conestoga. I have graduated from school since 2009. I have been out of school for 9 years, though I did an online course with an American University that lasted for 6 months in 2015.
I want to apply for TRV with my uncle and his daughter as co-sponsors. They both have treasury bills worth 25,000,000 between them.
Uncle is a retired pensioner and has 4 landed properties. Cousin is gainfully employed and is a manager in a federal parastalsas.
I have no landed property(My mother has a house though), and I have 2.3 million in my account.
What are the documents I need and what are my chances of getting a TRV.

Ericsson Nigeria, telecommunications services provider has served its Nigerian workers sack notice which will take effect by the end of this November, Nigeria CommunicationsWeek has learnt.

Nigeria CommunicationsWeek gathered that the affected workers are working in the Network Operating Centre (NOC) of the company and they are required to do a knowledge transfer to the Indians that will take over their jobs.

Nigeria CommunicationsWeek investigations revealed that Ericsson carried out similar exercise of sacking Nigerian workers in July this year when some part of MTN managed services handled by Ericsson was moved to India.

Now the Indians want to handle more of the services precipitating the recent sack notice to additional workers.

It was learnt that Ericsson Nigeria has sacked more workers in Nigeria than other African countries not because the jobs are not there but because it is easier to get away with such practice in Nigeria and the jobs are now remotely done from India which means money generated in Nigeria are used to enrich India.
