Dude, are you sure you live in P.H? The collapsed bridge was completed sometime in 2005 or so. Omehia only came in 2007. The bridge you are referring to, in which he paid the contractor (Julius Berger) 100% mobilization is the ELEME JUNCTION flyover. That bridge has since been completed.
