Blu is manufactured by Gionee, some of their products are direct version of Gionee while some are totally different.

Blu is just a brand who normally contract her phone production to OEM and their main OEM is Gionee.

Op any blue phone u see was probably manufactured by Gionee for American market and to American's standard.

Buy the Verizon or sprint variants, they are very okay and that's what I'm using. Avoid the ATT version as it doesn't have the 900 3G antenna. Call 0817 370 9802, he has a couple of Sprint and Verizon versions.

Download SuperSU zip file
Download ADB minimal file
Backup your files
Go to htcdev.com and unlock your bootloader
Hold volume down + power to boot to bootloader
Select Fast boot
Plug phone into your PC and open your minimal ADB file and execute the following command 'adb devices' and press enter
If you find your device, then 'fastboot flash recovery nameoftwrprecovery.img' press enter
Then 'fastboot erase cache'
After the above, select fastboot again on the phone and highlight recovery, then the phone will boot to TWRP recovery. From there you can then flash your CM.
