I am trying to pay the application fee of OINP and I keep getting this error (please see attached).

I trying pay with my GT Dollar Debit Mastercard. This is the first time I am using the card. Could there be a problem with the card or the plaform

I don't know if your questions has received attention but this is was what I was able to dig out.

1. I have not heard of double standard but I know of the mistake of omission in which case you can write to WES for a review. On a second thought, the mode of entry(Direct entry) seem to be the reason why one is watered down relative to the other, then again I could be wrong but see the first screen shot for slight insight and how to handle such occurrence .

Secondly, from what I have been able to gather so far it seems IQAS do not evaluate none university credentials see screenshot from someone that contacted them in 2016. You can also contact them to see if the policy has changed

CIPM or ATS plus a degree are both accepted by WES as 2 or more certificate.However, I think ACA is the one that is still debatable, someone with more knowledge can clarify this.

But have you heard of double standard about WES in certificate evaluation i.e two people graduating from the same school and department (Law) same year having two different evaluation by WES.

Also heard of same thing about ATS that is why i am trying to double check before i proceed with WES.
On the other hand will IQAS evaluate Degree & ATS as two or more certificate?

But the scary thing is the lack of consistency of WES evaluating ATS for some people and doing otherwise for others. More of double standard based on testimony of some people.Anyone with this experience with WES?

To be on a safe side, does IQAS evaluate the two or more certificate?. Maybe i opt for them to be guaranteed of the expected point.

A friend actually got a note from an ex-commissioner
In Lagos Introducing him as his Cousine to the CEO of a commercial bank in Nigeria.

He is duely qualified with impressive academic track records(BSc,AAT,ANIM,ASM,ACA)and just 25yrs of age.

Does the note refering him to the MD/CEO translates to automatic employment? Or he still has to go through the rigorious recruitment process?

Does the CEO has that extreme powers to break recruitment protocols?

Your experience(s),tots and opinion(s) are highly appriciated.

Civil Servants in general(both state n federal) dnt live on basic pay,rather on incentives both legal and "illegal",allowances and all other forms of financial rewards.Talk of job security,its compared to none no mata d global economic meltdown,Govt don't retrench or downsize.

If you grow up the ranks,like say Director,no unspent allocation shal pass ur nose by.(Dats called National cake,ur share is guaranteed)

In addition,ur promotion is certain and wil come rapidly especially if u r a professional(Doctors,Lawyers,Engineers,Chartered Accountants).They are placed on GL 10 from the onset.(You knw what dats means financially).Before you say jack rob.;u r damn sure of retiring at a much higher GL and dats transpires into a bumper package retirement benefits asides ur Pensions and gratuity.

Furthermore,you have heck of time to plan your personal life,build your own business and rub sholders wif top notch influencial personalties(Networking and getting mur resonable contacts).

Am 25,got qualified this year,dats means i culd serve at the civil service for gud 35 yrs(max) bfr i culd b placed on compulsory retirement.60yrs bin d max allowable age of retirement.

Its obvious that qualification was neva d criteria fr d shortlisting process.Everyone in INEC shoes would b confused abt how to select pple for the test due to the huge no of applicants.So i strongly believe a statistical approach was deployed i.e simple random sampling tech.So it was a game of 'luck'(my opinion).Thanks
