Politics › Re: Standing Order Used For Saraki Election A Fake, Say Ex-senators by Clerverly:
Aspireahead:
Sir, every standing rule dies with the expiration of the tenure if the senate it concerns. Now the senate rules guides the election if principal officers who in turn inaugurates the senate. therefore, the amendment or making of the Senate rules therefore is the job of the Nass bureaucrats....as explained here

http://www.thisdaylive.com/articles/-beyond-propaganda-and-hypocrisy/214999/
That means, you know more than the ranking senators (cutting across parties) who themselves confirmed that the Standing Rule was forged? Do you know that the 1999 Constitution were written by some people and thereafter handed it over to the 4th Republic? Do you know, that the stated in the document(constitution) how(process) any section of it can be amended? Even for the sake of this argument we accept that the Bureaucracy of the NASS produced the Standing rules, did it categorically state how the rules can be amended subsequently? Even in our different village meetings where constitution are written by a lawyer, there is always a clause detailing how the very document can be amended or rewritten let alone a Senate Standing rule! So the question is, who amended the rules, if it was the Clerk of the Assembly, was it explicitly stated in the document that he had the power to do so? Mami! Calm down! Saraki and Ekweremmadu is a goner!

nduchucks:
I urge everyone to read this article in its entirety to note the extend of the fraud perpetrated against Nigerians. It may very well be time to shut down the NASS, guard it with the army, and declare a state of emergency, until legitimate elections of the Senate President and his vice can be conducted as prescribed in the non fraudulent standing order.

This fraud is completely unacceptable.,
That's was why the traitor shifted the resumption till 28th of this month! I listened to Senator Eta Enang, former Chairman Senate Rules, ethics and business on Channels TV the other day, he emphatically stated that the election cannot stand, because the Standing rule was forged. And you know what this means, coming from a PDP senator. Saraki treachery has come to its ignoble end. Farewell to a forged Senate President!!!

Nigeria's Department of State Security a.ka. “SSS” has arrested and detained  Gordon Obuah, the Chief Security Officer (CSO) to former President Goodluck Jonathan. A source at the SSS claimed that Mr. Obuah’s detention was as a result of an investigation that implicated him in aiding oil bunkering. Family sources told Saharareporters that Mr. Gordon Obuah was detained since Thursday 4 days after he was asked to report daily to the headquarters of SSS.

The Inspector General of Police
Nigeria Police Force
Force Headquarters
Louis Edet House
Area 11
Garki
Abuja

Dear Sir,

VIOLENT AND FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES OF STUDENTS POSING AS MEMBERS OF NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF SEADOGS, PYRATES CONFRATERNITY IN NIGERIA'S TERTIARY INSTITUTIONS

We, the entire members of the National Association of Seadogs, Pyrates Confraternity worldwide, earnestly call on the Nigeria Police Force to urgently take action to investigate without delay and prosecute ALL miscreants in Nigeria's tertiary institutions, especially the impostors parading themselves as our members.

The current spate of violence and nefarious activities of these students and non-students alike within the federal and state tertiary education system in Nigeria have reached crisis point. We as a responsible Association are particularly dismayed by the continued and persistent claims by some of these unscrupulous individuals, especially students, to be members of our organisation. The impostors have under this false guise, orchestrated activities impersonating our esteemed Association to defraud and extort money from unsuspecting students and other members of the public.

THESE FRAUDSTERS ARE NEITHER OUR MEMBERS NOR DO THEY ACT AT OUR BEHEST! Their display of puerile exuberance; engagement in fraud and extortion; violence; identity theft and wanton destruction of lives and properties et cetera are conducts which our organization not only holds in utter disdain but find outrightly despicable!

We have had cause in the past to place disclaimer notices in National dailies (The Guardian of Tuesday, October 18, 2011), and it is also a permanent feature on our official website (www.nas-int.org), warning members of the public to be aware of these impostors.

Sir, for the records, the Pyrates Confraternity was founded in 1952 in the then University College, Ibadan and became registered as a corporate organization under The Land (Perpetual Succession) Act, Cap.98, of 1980 with RC No.1592. Four years later, in 1984, National Association of Seadogs, Pyrates Confraternity left the University campuses.

We DO NOT admit UNDERGRADUATES!

For the avoidance of doubt, the minimum requirement for membership of the National Association of Seadogs, Pyrates Confraternity is the possession of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Discharge/Exemption Certificate. This information and more about the Association are on our official website (www.nas-int.org).

Sir, consequent upon the foregoing, we petition that you use your good offices to communicate to the heads of tertiary institutions and other security agencies in Nigeria that National Association of Seadogs, Pyrates Confraternity DOES NOT EXIST IN ANY TERTIARY INSTITUTION IN NIGERIA. We shall hereafter equally embark on this mission ourselves.

We earnestly urge you to prosecute and bring to book, to the FULL extent of the law whomsoever that it is found, after investigations to be involved in any of the aforementioned nefarious activities within the Nigerian Tertiary Institutions, especially ANY STUDENT claiming to be a member of National Association of Seadogs, Pyrates Confraternity.

We as a responsible corporate organisation, deeply committed to good governance and the rule of law extend our hand in partnership towards appropriate measures that would make our citadels of learning more conducive and secure.

As partners in progress, we would be most appreciative, if this petition is given the serious attention it deserves. Should you require any further information or clarification regarding this, kindly feel free to contact us on info@nas-int.org.

We count on your co-operation.

Yours faithfully,
For: NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF SEADOGS

Prince Ifeanyi Onochie

About the Hero Stuff, I think they are now coming to their senses, that the "self acclaimed hero of Fraud" was actually a thief! With the daily revelations coming from the Present government on how the Economy was raped by the immediate past president, only some die hard "Biafra" propagandaist still hold tenaciously to that Crook called jonathan as their "hero".

Jonathan the Fraudulent Hero!

As I write, they are yet to come to terms with the tornado and the windstorm that hit them. They wish that Boko Haram will overrun Nigeria so that they can celebrate President Buhari’s failure and prove Jonathan a better former president. They wish that a dollar will sell for N400. They wish that the National Assembly crisis would continue. They wish that implosions should engulf the APC throughout Nigeria. They wish that President Buhari and Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu should be taken to another planet. They wish that Nigeria crashes to the bottomless pit so that they will celebrate, but none of this will happen.
