Pls, you all should just relax and wait for things to unfold.. disregard any negative comments regarding the recruitment as it is almost at the point of completion... A friend on this thread (moniker withheld) just called me about 30mins ago panicking and saying there is a new rumour circulating on Nairaland about the cancellation of the recruitment.. I work at Bleep here in Sapele, Delta State and my Boss is pals with majority of the big players in the O&G Ind... He also has a nephew who applied for the job (GT).. He's not in the office now but I called him to inform him of what I was told.. he asked me to cut the call so he could make a call.. 5 minutes later, he called me back and said he just spoke with one of the powerful GM's in NNPC now, MR xxxx, that's the name he told me.. and the first things I wrote above was exactly what the man told him... he said the man also said the list would be released anytime from now pending some bureaucratic processes.... that's all .... no other questions ... I've passed my info...

Those are formalities, it's not followed verbatim.

Like Oluwagbemisolaa said below, it was used during interview not CBT but was indeed collected before entering the amphitheater (at least on the day I was interviewed). CBT used coloured armbands that were cut off...at least at my centre.

.. I travelled for an emergency and I've been extremely busy. I won't come online unless I have an update again. APL is coming this week TF payments are being sent out very quickly. So hopefully they finish today or latest tomorrow. So we can smile fast.

That project eagle pass was used during CBT, I know but was later collected... Please @easymoneysniper how does that pass prove the integrity of your statements thus far.

Again the pass states FCT but your previous statement here has it that you wrote your CBT at Ikorodu.

PS: I'm your fan and a fellow optimist but I like to understand things clearly; if you can kindly explain I'll be glad.

Do you guys notice coincidentally 13th of this month is going to be exactly 6 months from the day advert came in for this recruitment process. 13th March, it lasted for 2 weeks till 27th March, 2 months later 27th May CBT invites Dropped, a month later June 27th Interview invites dropped for July 1 till 12th July. 2 months after Here we are, what if it was time-framed to last 6 months or maybe it just might all be Coincidence. My thoughts.

When asked where I’d love to be posted to and I said Napims and gave my reasons, with a smile on their faces, they told me I’m best suited for Npdc lol.
It was clearly stated that graduate Trainees are not sent to Napims and working in Napims would require some sort of extra training.

Yes we're all anxious over this APL of a thing but the whole exercise is still under 6months, as a matter of fact we haven't even hit the 6th month... Let's just calm down, things will fall into place.

Hopefully before October comes to an end we'll hear from them. PATIENCE!!

Almost the same thing, buh I heard DPR has a little edge over NNPC in terms of welfare for starters... For managerial level NNPC should be better.

And being a regulatory body they're always well taken care of to prevent compromise, but I consider both of them a great start for a GT.

I was scheduled for 1st July, 1:30pm but I left the towers some minutes pass 8pm.
Sadly, the first day wasn't a good outing for NNPC.
Local men and women had to "gist away" their anger and wasted time.
We made acquaintances before leaving the towers.

We hear am joor... We wey interview on 1st, they used us to know the best time to allot per candidate.

I believe things will be fast tracked... As e be say board dn complete, definitely one or two of his candidates should be included, that's a cheap compromise... Buh I'm positive this will end soon...
As for those clamouring on limited funds, NNPC has more than enough to pay everyone even at a 20k flat rate... If this was handled by F&A we would have been over with this TF stuff buh rather HR requested to use their discretion in handling it... That's why it's trickling down. No contractor is handling, they're staff.
In my opinion: they did it this way to prevent the bureaucracy of TSA n errors of sending directly without confirming account details cos I believe many will make mistake in their account details.

Will he be interested so quickly in NNPC recruitment? or if he has a familiarization meeting with Mr Mele Kolo Kyari(GMD NNPC) this week then our speculations heightens again.....

Just like one of us stated earlier, compiling scores, gathering candidates per state/LG, and so on will take time not to talk of making reservations for external candidates (you know what I mean). So from say, mid July till now is still a good time. I expect anything to happen from 3months upward.

Well done Mr Jarus.....you are an asset here. Most of us are here to know what is happening as we wait hopefully, so do not be surprised with APL or not this forum would be on "quiet" until the next recruitment �

Another thing you should expect: after the successful candidates are finally contacted, some of them will run away from this thread or enter ghost mode, refusing to comment again, people that used to be active here o. Mostly out of fear of NNPC withdrawing their offer or "hear no evil", or evil eyes.

Some of the candidates we (ie my personal firm, JarusHub) coached for DPR got the job, some got back to us to tell us they did, some did not for fear of us announcing their "success" to the world, or just keeping it secret. It was when they resumed that some of those that contacted us came to tell us that they saw so-so persons that were also part of our coaching in Lagos/Abuja/PH on resumption, but the people themselves did not tell us they got the job. We only knew of one during this NNPC, when she sent her husband to our coaching, on her advice.

I think it is a Nigerian thing. Many people will not announce their success here. You will just not see them again.

So, expect some folks here that are vocal here to enter quiet mode after success emails/sms/letters drop. Or perhaps they immediately start seeing themselves as part of NNPC and refusing to comment publicly here, even anonymously.

I will not be surprised to see that less than 10 people will announce their success on this thread.

@Ladyjane I can relate with your screenshot... Cos the last I heard, it was just for the board to sit before notifications will go out... Thanks for the info.

Please go back to the question. He didn't ask between technical or non technical courses, which one will get APL? So don't allow your insecurities to derail the thread. Some technical courses require vocational hands-on experience like actual construction, others don't, hence the categorisation. Deal with it.

FYI: I am not a chemical engineer

You're the one that gave your own technical "levels" All in all an Engineer may not get APL and some one that studied History will get...
