D koko is to get ur own acts together u'd be laughing @ ur destination. Imagine my sweetie who only started drivn 2 yrs drove wit me 2 as far as ore frm lag witout blinking b4 i took over talkless of a guy whose used 2 long distance driving. naijas we always dramatize everything, i have had the pleasures of driving to and from abuja and even farther cities than it, security is subjective i have never been attacked on any road trip yet my cars has been stolen twice while in lagos once even at home just reversing for a neighbour to go out, planes crash, shit happens as they say.

if u enjoy road trip just get some1 who understands your destination the rest is Gods grace. 8 hours max you are in abuja from lagos except ur car crawls. though i do minimum 120kmph on highways.

would be nice if u added ur price here for consideration, Sir!

@ i really dont understand, are building as a developer of the property or a builder/contractor contracted to build the propert? this thought crup up from the caption of ur post "developers's diary" cause i have a similar idea of 4 nos. duplex flats that i intend to build on a plot of land. measuring 552 sqm. in lagos flat ground.

i shall be in need of credible developers [on a build and recoup funds and later transfer back to the owner basis] shortly!!!

your story does not tally, u met a supposed bank staff who told u he'd assist u in getting loans and u went ahead to open account with the bank [or with him]?


how on earth are u did he "supposed" asked for your account pin nos and u gave it to him.

questions that arise?

1. he said he is a staff of a finbank?
2. u actually went to his branch/or he claimed he is attached to?
3. met his superiors/supposed he is a marketer?
4. get an account opening package?
5. get a loan opening package?
6. u went back to the said branch to lodge a complain and they swept it aside?

answers to these questions which either way would confirm whether your story holds water or not, dont just come and make blanket allegations without facts.
