And why would people not cook with stove?

Further to the above link, I decided against eating same beans yesterday.

I was in a rush trying to make that post yesterday, as a result, some details were left out.
— I bought two Mudus of Milk Beans. I had earlier bought two Mudus of Honey beans, but when I got home to cook the honey beans, I noticed it had no taste at all. The Beans is so Neat and clean, but no taste.
— As a result of its lack of taste, I decided to buy the milk beans. Believe me I hadn't heard of these names(Honey and milk beans) until Monday last week.
— While I was picking and winnowing the Milk Beans yesterday, there was no smell. But as soon as I began to cook it, the smell began to erupt. I washed it with cold water four times before parboiling. After Parboiling, i still washed it like five times, still the smell didn't go away..
— I ran to a male neighbour of mine and ask him if he had had such experience with beans, he said no. He advised I threw them away.
I ran to an old woman within the neighbourhood, she said I could eat it. She even tested it. But I said I won't eat.
I threw the parboiled ones away.
I returned the remaining ones to the woman who sold to me. She didn't give me back my money and I didn't want to start dragging with her. Though she promised to do so later.

Please do not care less about your Health. Prevention is better than Cure.

A lot of food items have been adulterated in today's market. Everybody wants to make quick quick money at the expense of the other. Eating banana and plantain now is also risky, even Fufu(Akpu), Palm oil.

The situation is really bad.
Were you cooking it with stove?

Did the seller notice similar smell from hers?

Sometimes, it could be from where the beans were stored. Perhaps you or the seller stored Kerosene nearby

Abroad, the most overrated shii by Nigerians.

The most painful thing for the japarians is coming back home to see some people they left behind doing better than them.

I see those tears in their eyes when they come home and we hang out.

The worst thing to even happen to them is you traveling out to their Japa country for vacation, then hang out with them, take them out and ball them, then go back home. Premium tears.

This is coming from personal first hand experience.
If you’re doing well in Nigeria, there’d be no need to Japan, unless for business and holidays

I would like to believe Anthony paid the bail. Very sad situation all around, but I don't think the driver planned to kill anyone or destroy his own life.
I’d have same thought.
What would he gain by doing that?
He didn’t plan it. However, the reckless driving when drivers are with escorts should be controlled

RichardRexs:
If you have been following the activities of the Minister of Interior, you won’t be making this baseless claims.

He has been doing these visits to the various agencies under his ministry. We are proud of him and wish other Ministers emulate him
I wish he could do this in some states, outside FCT. He’d be shocked to find how nonchalant some of these officers are.
If possible he can come in disguise. Some of those officers may not even recognise him, should he be on a casual polo and face cap cheesy

I’m just imagining him approaching the gate and those hunting for clients should approach him for settlement to fast track grin

This is the real digital minister, a 21st mindset for transformation. To hell with those sluggish, money-mongering IOs. Next time such occurs again, Hon. Minister, please fire them
I don’t think he can just fire them. That’s one of the strengths federal civil servants have. Worst case he can issue them query and redeploy them to Niger border grin Immigration should have an office there grin

PUNANI01:
15 minutes is too much for capturing. No be wetin i dey use my laptop do, even my NIN capturing, na me still do am by myself.
So why then do they delay.

It’s even embarrassing some people will be sitting in the so-called VIP capturing office doing nothing, while there are queues outside for ‘ordinary’ Nigerians, and their colleagues will be working

That VIP section should even be trashed! What’s the definition of VIP used in that office?

God bless you Minister - Tunji- Ojo👍.
This is how to Check Your Dept Efficiency,if it's really working, but rare in Nigeria because many CEO,Bosses,Heads of Depts, Agencies - have been Compromised.
•For example:
- in the days of Bola Ige- as Minister of Power,we saw Many Transformers have becomes obsolete In their Stores and no wander - even when this All Important Sector was Sold by GEJ to Party Members - it never gave light 🚨 till today.
- Many times Raji Fashola - as a Governor in Lagos, unexpectedly the Officers began to be be mindful of themselves.
I’d do this unannounced visit, without sirens 🚨, if I’m a Governor

Sometimes people in top positions want things to work, but the clerks, secretaries and other lower level staff will be frustrating their efforts

Civil servants are one of the major problems in Nigeria.
I laughed when the man couldn’t find excuse why the woman was kept waiting for hours. He only came up with Network challengegrin
When Minister said he’d go see the place, he said his office is having same issue.

Passport capturing shouldn’t take more than 15minutes . People make application online, so the applicant’s information is already with them

In this digital age of abundant access to information, anyone who can't graduate with at least 2.1 is a weak person. .
2.1 now is like 2.3 or 3rd class of 10-20 years ago...
Then you’d use lots of imagination to picture things a for better understanding cheesy
These days there are lots of materials online to breakdown things simpler than the lecturer would do.
So you have a point
