From what I understand about the proposed bill,senator abaribe is not in support with the presidents decision of appointing all service chiefs from the north alone so he developed a way to curb such in the future of these country by seeking that the military should choose their own chiefs themselves.i don’t see how that’s taking power away from the president.Abaribe could one day be a president and would abide with such law so it’s not a plot of disintegration as claimed...I digress,where is the said NDF when the same senate passed a bill that favored bokoharam huh?these Northern elites are just biased and Educated illiterates who rant unnecessarily at matters that threatens the power they have used wrongly for decades #isafact.
