Please I want to know better. My landlord brought a caretaker last year who later informed me about a house increase from 150k to 250k with I later agreed with the caretaker to pay 200k and he agreed. I payed it and my house rent was to expire in this September 28, I payed the 200k only for my landlord to say she want the 250k. Is this right or not. Can I challenge this in court.
