[quote author=Oseunseun post=81495530]Congratulations!

Congratulations to all those who have gotten their visas. I’m leasing my single bed to a woman for 4 days (4th September to 8th )and it’s 70 euro for everything there is washing and drying machine in the house .cos I will be traveling for holiday outside Ireland . My house is located in Dublin 6w (15min by walk to grififth college and 4 min by bus to grififth colleg) the bus will bring you straight from the airport to front of my house . You just need to have coins of not more than 5 euro to bring you to front of my place . While you are here you can look for an accommodation. There is also a place available in our house it’s a single bed and it’s 400 euro for a month . While you are at my place you can consider to move the other room or find another accommodation that suit you . If you interested pm me pls .

Hi Guys

I am sharing this to encourage someone.

About 15 months ago, I took the brave decision to travel abroad for better opportunities. Brave because I had a decent job as per naija standards but I was pretty stagnant and making no genuine progress in my career. I considered several countries but eventually settled for Ireland as it was less competitive than other countries and they offered graduates a genuine chance to get a job after graduation. I barely put enough money together for visa application, flights and 50% of the tuition. I came to study a Masters in Computing(Data Analytics) at DIT, I did not know much about the school but the deciding factor in picking it was that they allowed a 50% down payment of tuition for registration.

It was a very intense period while I studied, I was lucky to be get a part time job almost immediately after I arrived and it was extremely difficult juggling this with full time study especially as the masters degree was extremely packed. I did not need any extra motivation to dedicate my whole being to studying, this often meant I had to hang around all night in Starbucks, completing assignments and studying.

Now to the testimony, about 2 months ago I graduated and I actually had a job offer as an Analytics Consultant in a top Consulting Firm here in Dublin before I graduated. Now this is nothing but God's grace as I know for a fact it is not easy. On accepting the Job offer, the company wasted no time in preparing a critical skills work permit application(equivalent of green card) on my behalf which got approved about two weeks ago.

I used nairaland a lot when researching study destinations and putting together my visa papers so feel free to reach out to me if you require any information.
Congratulations i tap into your breakthrough.

shey you are been given their account details? Go to the bank and tell them you want to make transfer abroad, they will give you a form fill it and don’t forget to include your name and date of birth or you can use the reference number sent to you by them (it’s there on the bank details sent to you by Edu bond).

Guys plss I need ur suggestion..

I wanted to use the education Bond for proof of statement.. unknowingly to me..I thought I can pay with my dollar card.

So I changed the money to Dollars. So wen I registered..I got to know that i can only pay using by bank transfer. Or through the money in my euro account..
and I don't have euro in my euro account. because getting euro is very very very hard...

So I want to ask. If I should just leave the money in my domiciliary dollar account and just use it as proof of funds.. couple with the 2 million I have in my savings account..

So my main question now is. If I can also use my domiciliary dollar bank statement for my visa application with the 8000 Dollars in it...
Thank you.. pls I need ur suggestion fast plssssss..

.... I paid mine through dollar account .. Edu bond got thesame amount of 7010. So yes you can pay through your dollar account. But you have to cover the cost of sender’s and receiver’s charges for them to get that exact amount .
