Based on a experience, it's easier to fvk a girl by flirting ,redpilling and being the bad guy, if you bring love and relationships into it, you'd lose the passion and flare and you'd not get laid, cause that's when she'd want to bring the good girl vibe.

All girls I've bleeped it doesn't get past a week of pursuit, wonder why guys chase women for months .. o wrong na.

Same girl you're running around for, is struggling to be a third side chick to another guy becos the guy doesn't give her attention like you do, and has the vibes.

Death to the SIMPS
Dont come back here to say women are scum after running after loose women/runs girls.
No sane woman with proper upbringing will sleep with a man within a week of meeting him.You attract who you are.

PoliticsAnambra Community Terminates 99 Year Old Land Lease by cocolacec(op): 11:26am On Aug 02, 2021
By Nwanosike Onu, Awka

One of the communities in Anambra State, Isiagu, Awka South local government area, has recovered a 21.211 hectares of land it leased for 99 years to a firm for agricultural purposes.

According to the leaders of the community, the decision to revoke the lease agreement became inevitable due to the failure by the firm to fulfill its own side of the obligation.

The Deed of Lease between the representatives of the land was dated January, 1978.

It was gathered that, part of the said agreement, which permitted the lessee to take possession of the said land, was for farming and agro-allied purposes.

Justifying the family’s decision, the Chairman of Ezu Family Assembly (EFA), Samuel Nwosu and Secretary, Sunday Odogwu, said the agricultural developers (the lessees) defaulted by failing and refusing to pay the necessary ground rent and other customary requirements for about 20 years.

“It will interest you to know that for over 20 years, the developer failed to fulfil the legitimate expectations of our family due to its inability to abide to the terms and conditions stated in the lease agreement as reached.”

The duo pointed out that, in the face of such grievous default, the lessees purportedly sold part of the said land to a third party, without the knowledge or consent of the lessors.

According to them, the third party had allegedly mounted a sign post on the land, and taken possession of the land owners’ property with impunity and breach of lease agreement, a development, they described as forcible entry and conduct likely to cause breach of peace.

They told reporters that they did not want to take the laws into their hands and decided to seek the intervention of the traditional ruler of Isiagu, Igwe Augustine Nwankwo.

The monarch confirmed that his subjects sought his intervention, adding that he tried to resolve the matter between both parties, by inviting the lessees for discussion.

But according to him, the courier he sent to the other party to the land since 2019 had not been replied till date.

The monarch said the land owners should feel free to recover their land since the original purpose had been defeated.

Governors in the South-West geopolitical zone have proposed decentralisation of the Supreme Court in the ongoing amendments to the 1999 Constitution by the National Assembly.

In their memorandum through the South-West Caucus in the federal parliament, the governors are seeking establishment of six more apex courts, one in each of the geopolitical zones.

Nigeria presently has one Supreme Court sitting in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory, which handles all cases from the Court of Appeal.

However, the governors are proposing that cases to be appealed to the apex court in Abuja be limited.

The South-West Governors’ Forum had met with the South-West Caucus at the National Assembly in Abuja behind closed doors on July 6, where they presented the memo.

At the meeting were Governor Rotimi Akeredolu of Ondo State and Chairman of the South West Governors’ Forum; and Governors Seyi Makinde of Oyo State, Kayode Fayemi of Ekiti State, Gboyega Oyetola of Osun State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State, and Dapo Abiodun of Ogun State.

Both parties had resolved to set up a joint Senate and House committee to ensure that proposals in a memorandum presented by the governors were captured in the constitution review exercise.

The document, dated July 5, 2021, was titled ‘Proposals for the Review of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 (As Amended): Presentation by South West Governors’ Forum.’

Specifically, the governors are seeking amendment to Section 230 of the constitution.

It is being proposed that while the present Supreme Court can have up to 21 Justices, the zonal apex courts would have 16 Justices each.

The section presently reads, “Establishment of the Supreme Court of Nigeria: (1) There shall be a Supreme Court of Nigeria. (2) The Supreme Court of Nigeria shall consist of (a) the Chief Justice of Nigeria; and (b) such number of Justices of the Supreme Court, not exceeding 21, as may be prescribed by an Act of the National Assembly.”

The proposed amendment will not only decentralise the apex court, but also legalise the authority of the Chief Justice of Nigeria over the courts in the country.

The proposed Section 230 reads, ‘(1) There shall be a Supreme Court of Nigeria. (2) The Supreme Court of Nigeria shall consist of (a) the Chief Justice of Nigeria who shall be the head of the judiciary of the Federation; and (b) such number of Justices of the Supreme Court, not exceeding 16, as may be prescribed by an Act of the National Assembly.’

The governors noted, “We propose zonal Supreme Courts along the lines of the geopolitical zones and one in the FCT. The Supreme Court in the geopolitical zones shall be the final court in all disputes and appeals from the Court of Appeal.

“The Supreme Court at the FCT shall have exclusive jurisdiction on appeals arising from dispute relating to presidential election and matters relating to revenue of the federation and disputes between states and federation.

“This recommendation will open up judiciary and enhance the quick hearing of appeals by the Supreme Court of Nigeria.”

Apart from autonomy for the local government, the forum proposed amendment to Section 121(3) of the constitution.

The new subsection reads, “Any amount standing to the credit of the (a) House of Assembly of the state shall be paid directly to the account of the House by the accountant-general of the state: and (b) Judiciary in the Consolidated Revenue Fund shall be paid directly from the Federation Account to the heads of the courts.”

The governors noted, “This is proposed for the implementation of the financial autonomy for the various arms of government.”

Also, amendment to Section 150 was proposed to separate the office of the justice minister from the office of the attorney general.

The governors noted, “This section needs to be amended to separate the professional office of the attorney general from the political office of the Minister of/Commissioner for Justice.”

The reason i think Some Yorubamen marry Igbo women is due to sexual liberation.Igbo women are not reserved to discuss sex at all unlike the Yoruba women who are more reserved because of culture of not looking cheap to a man.

Men of today are looking for quick action from women which Igbo women readily give.
I am a Yorubaman married to light skinned Yoruba woman and it is over 22 years and still counting.

What crime did we Africans have commented at all that can't be forgiving?
Why are we suffering like these?
If our governments have a good plans for the youths of African, why should we be doing this things to ourselves by traveling to someone else countries for them to be killings us like dogs. I weep for the future of Africa

Only God knows how may of African youths losing their lives daily trying to cross the sea from North Africa to Europe

God please forgive us sins of our ancestors has committed and sins that we are committing so that we can prosper in our countries and leave in peace not to be wasting our lives to get to Europe
Our ancestors never committed any sins. Our parents failed to plan for our future, they believe university education is the only way to success.

When the child completes university education with no job in site, the parents have nothing to offer her but frustrations like i have done my part you need to fend for your junior ones as if the junior ones are her reaponsiblity. They never help her/him find a job or learn a skill by the side.

They placed unrealistic burdens on their children without realities on ground. In an attempt to meet up, the child will take whatever risk to shine in the family.

Oyinbo parents always help their adult children because they know children of today have it rougher than them, when they were young so they face reality,

African parents must ensure aside education ,a skill is a must.If your parent is a successful trader learn that trade from her and any other side hustle your parent is successful at.
