Just spoke with their customer car. they say one has to wait till the scheduled flight date to get a refund. Meaning, they're hoping to be in business soon. My flight is for sundat ABV-LOS. But they say i'll have to wait till sunday and dat the refund can only be claimed at the abuja airport and not Lagos airport.

A Lagos-based legal practitioner, Daniel Onwe, has dragged the Federal Government and the Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, before a Federal High Court in Lagos, southern Nigeria, over the lingering crisis between the two bodies which has led to the closure of public universities in the country since 1 July.

In a motion dated 30 September, 2013, Barrister Onwe is seeking an order of court to compel ASUU to call off the strike it embarked upon in protest over the unwillingness of government to implement certain aspects of the agreement they reached over the parlous state of Nigerian universities and other issues.

In a 15-paragraph affidavit filed along with the motion, Onwe is asking the court to declare that the indefinite strike embarked upon by ASUU, leading to the closure of government owned universities for three months, violates the fundamental rights of the students affected.

He argued that the continued strike action by ASUU has traumatized many students who now engage in all sorts of vices.

Onwe posited that the plight of the affected students has worsened as their contemporaries in private universities continue to attend lectures while they remain idle at home.

He urged the court to compel ASUU to open the universities for lectures to resume while their negotiation with the Federal Government continues.

No date has been fixed for hearing of the suit.

People who attend Whitetail Chapel don’t have to worry about finding something to wear on Sunday Services.

Pastor Allen Parker defends that God doesn’t care if the believers wear clothes while they pray to Him.“If God made us that way why can that be wrong?” says the pastor, according to The Run Down.

No body is giving you 3 star in Imiigration. In the force, u cannot come with civilian experience and head officers who have been on ground before. I will advise you to keep your present job if u currently earn up to 100k. The job is not worth the hustle. for the SSCE holders, well you can take the offer if you currently have nothing doing.

Have u guys thought of the strees running up n down just to get selected? You will be surprised that less than 20 AS1 II will be taken. ASI II (Asst Sup of Immigration 2) is teh entry level and i doubt if they take more than 120k. Also remember there is pure federal character in this thing.

Do you think the concept of re-incarnation is a fact? Or an illusion. A recent experience relayed on an abuja radio station attempts to ventialte the idea that when pipu die, they appear in some other town to start a new life: the below is a story of a young lady from the southeast who fell in love with a nice guy in lagos and they started living togeda. They even had 2 kids. The guy is d easy going gentle type. Doesn't have friends and doesn't keep late nights. He was just too perfect for her. She kept disturbing him on the need for him to take her to his family in the village. Can't remember the state they guy came from. But he kept dilly dallying. He drives a toyota tercel. Finally one day he agrees to take her and the kids to his village. When they arrived d village some few meters to his compound, he stopped d car and said he wanted to ease himself but that the house is a few yards away. Time passed and he wasn't out of the bush. Passers by were surprised to see 2 young children and their mother (strangers) in dat condition. To cut a long story short, the lady finally opened up to some elderly pipu who were begining to suspect something seeing that the kids look like someone familiar before. So the elders took her the guys family compound to narrate her story. It was then she was told dat her "hubby" had died many years ago and they also showed her the grave.

This aint just a story. Its real.twas aired on raypower program (IDAGO) sometime 2011. Are family members already asking your wife if she's pregnant yet? You know Nigerians, once you're married they want to come and celebrate baby birth in 9months. If all these are already happening, it may upset your wife each time she sees her period, especially if she and/or you too are eager for her to be pregnant.

We're not under any pressure. While we were dating, i noticed this in her. Somehow,I quietly withdraw from her. But i just realise she needs some help to make her happy and get out of the mood.
