Carles Puyol and the Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bündchen will together hand over the World Cup Trophy before this Sunday’s Final between Germany and Argentina. German Bundesliga giants Schalke 04 are reportedly leading the chase for Super Eagles midfielder Babatunde Michael.

Meanwhile, Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho is willing to listen to offers for Babatunde’s Nigeria teammate Mikel Obi to fund his remaining transfer plans.

Jose Mourinho is prepared to sell midfield pair Ramires and John Obi Mikel.

According to africanfootball.com, Schalke have tabled a four-year deal for the 21-year-old Ukraine-based attacker, who represented Nigeria at Brazil 2014 World Cup.

Babtunde’s World Cup run was cut short by a wrist fracture he suffered in the final Group F match against Argentina on June 25. The 1978 and 1986 world champions won the encounter 3-2.
