Lanre1st:Look at this one. Imaging what this one is saying. Add all the percentage increase in food stuff, electricity, fuel which has affected transportation including raw materials and tell me what percentage increment it is. |
Menclothing1:People like you like to be oppressed except you are one of them benefiting from the system as it is. If they were not collecting 35m monthly and some of them are not using tax payers money to pay sch fees for their children, buying N160m jeeps, 90million for hajj sponsor and all the malfeasance that all the senators, ministers, hor etc display, if all that money was channelled to the right things like solving electricity issues and refining our fuel with construction and maintenance of roads then labour wouldn't be demanding for such because there would be production and security guards and cleaners in the private sector will be able to receive a living wage from their employers. |
AbuTwins:But some people are collecting 35m per month so why can't sachet water and security collect ordinary 615k monthly. If you are saying it's unreasonable, is it reasonable that one senator that sits in the house 3times a week be collecting 35M monthly. Letmenot talk about ministers and Govs and their aids. With all these you never said anything about inflation. Let everyone be reasonable. |
Menclothing1:In your opinion if the minimum wage is pegged at 60k what should be the salary of a senator? |
imagrg:So the govt has been lenient with average Nigerians with what is happening? When they buy 160m jeeps for themselves, collect about 30m monthly, increase taxes, electricity rate, fuel while using dollars to bribe each other during elections, they did not finish the average Nigerian abi and all of these did nothing to affect inflation. When one idiot can pay sch fees of his children for years and the sch had to refund the part of the money means nothing to you. This guy managed a state for 8yrs, if he can do this, imaging what he did for that 8yrs then multiply by 36gov to see the negative impact. Let's not talk about ministers. It is now labours request of a minimum wage that will cause inflation. Seems you just discovered the word INFLATION and are eager to use it. |
abbey621:Just go try get a refund for the money spent on your 2 MBAs if they are truly genuine and as for the experiences in public and private sectors, it's a total waste of time judging from what you have been spewing here. |
abbey621:This your reply just shows you have not been reading what I have been saying. You have your opinion and just vomit it at every opportunity. You are the one sleeping here. How many times have I written in reply to you that even labour knows they can't get the 615k but it's a good place to start negotiating. The system isn't fair that means there are those benefiting and those not benefiting, labour is only using the 615k as bench mark to get something reasonable from this vampires they call politicians If the minimum wage remains at 30k and inflation continues to rise like it has been doing these evil politicians will still buy that 160 jeep, share dollars amongst themselves and everyone will still be abusing them and doing nothing. All the abuses we have been abusing them, what or where has it gotten us all. Seems you don't know how to get practicality from these politicians. So labour should go to the table with 100k as minimum wage and you think the govt will not want to negotiate it to 50k. If you still don't get the logic then am sorry for you. |
bentenny:Where is Umahi? Is Atiku not instigating the North against Tinubus Govt with this write up. I just tire for some people. |
abbey621:You talk as if voting in this country is fair and that the votes actually reflects what the people want. Regardless, we saw how someone explained how to get power by grabbing, snatching and running away with it aided by Ineck who announced results in the middle of the night. That Ineck even allowed someone who couldn't prove he went to any sec sch to contest leaves a lot to be desired. He actually went to a sec sch before the sec sch was established. He need to have been in the guineas book of records with that feat. One before him didn't have waec, contested and SUPPOSEDLY WON, the next ones profile was filled with all sorts of controversies and you are asking who voted. Labour just wants their fair share. |
DeOTR:So who is supposed to do this? Senators who are custodian of making laws and who are benefiting from the system or Labour. Tell me why the senators will do what you are suggesting. Please tell me. I want to learn. |
abbey621:A 28M to 35M salary for senators and HOR is not insanity. Buying jeeps worth 160M for themselves is not insanity Removing subsidy without a plan and increase in electricity tariffs is not insanity. And then floating the naira for whatever reason is not insanity. Coupled with other extravagant irrelevant nonsense they do that we don't know What Yahaya Bello is being chased about for is probably what most Govs are doing in different ways yet the likes of you would not shout to high heavens that it's insanity. Where was this energy when all this were done. To now do something that is also INSANITY for the civil servant is now insanity. It is the activities of these elite, especially those in govt that has brought us where we are today. So if labour wants to take their share, allow them and stop making noise about it being insanity. They most likely wouldn't even get the 615k they are asking for. The tragedy is that these guys don't have a clue as to how to get us out o f this mess and are will to plunder even more while the masses continue to suffer. To think that you think this govt is responsible is pitiable. |
abbey621:What is your point. Minimum wage negotiation is on the table and regardless of sentiments Labour should try to get the best out of people you yourself claim are thieves. Is it the same thieves that you also want to reduce inflation that you think will want to do anything to disrupt their stealing channel. Na you dey play. |
abbey621:No they will struggle to pay. But when they Govs and senators want to discuss an issue they will travel abroad to go discuss it, buy 160m jeep each for their comfort coupled with the constituency and security votes that they siphon each month, bribe each other with dollars during election, increase electricity tariffs at their discretion and then devalue the naira for whatever reason and the corruption that follows they don't see any reason to struggle for all that but to pay higher wages they will struggle and people like you will only see when the struggling masses are trying to do something to survive. The 615k might be unrealistic but it's a good place to start. |
DeOTR:Until they do that labour should ask for more. |
olaideeeedris:I agree with you but I ask you a simple question. Do these guys look like people that are interested in strengthening the naira when they travel out just to discuss matters that could have been done here. They purchase jeeps at 160m each for themselves allocate to themselves all sorts of allowances and use the dollars to bribe each other during elections and then expect workers to depend on them to strengthen the purchasing power of the naira. You are on a long tiin. Labour know they will not get that 615k they are asking for but the 615k breakdown highlights the reality and it's a good place to negotiate and get a good minimum wage for the workers because these guys don't send you a civil servant and they also no send consequences of their frivolities. It doesn't matter to them so why should it matter to labour. They will continue to spend as they like and make you a civil servant be expectant for better life till you retire. |
seunny4lif:But it is realistic for an individual to get a N160m jeep and be collecting N35M monthly as salary because he is a senator. They can't be realistic but want others to be realistic and zombies will be supporting and agreeing with them even when they are not benefiting anything from the senators. People that have worked 35yrs will not even see 1M naira from govt when they retire while someone who stays minimum 4yrs as senator or house of rep will be collecting millions from tax payers money. Sickening. |
So you increase the bill so that I will switch off appliances like freezers to manage the electricity you manage to provide. People should be paid by the govt for when there is not light. Useless insensitive bunch of miserable slobs. |
He wants to go visit the Nigerian embassy there. They trick some Arabs to meet with him and then take pictures that they will now use to propagate propaganda. ![]() |
Fugazy2023:Shebi you were asking if I was a forex trader. I didn't answer you because I knew you know absolutely nothing. Come and explain the wizardry of emilokan now that naira is doing to $2000 as I predicted. |
RepoMan007:It is suicide because I don't understand how Iran wiping of Israel from the face of the earth will think that they themselves would not be wiped off the world. If Iran manage to drop a nuclear bomb on Israel all bets are off, because many countries in the west will drop one on them. they need to think about that first. |
Facidio:Like someone said earlier just jump use stick nack am. Wtf is this? |
Olatunji1929:You guys talk like very naive illiterates. Israel will not strike Pakistan or any country just for the sake of it. They are not filled with hate like those Arab countries around them that will strike stupidly just because someone mistakenly stepped on someone, a flimsy excuse only to start chopping the consequences of their actions when the country retaliates, they start screaming injustice. Syria and Lebanon are now weak abi. In the 6day war when they ganged up with Egypt and Jordan to attack Israel, where they also weak at that time. |
Paraman:So when has Israel struck any country with FLIMSY EXCUSE? When Mossad was taking out Iranian nuclear scientist one after the other what did Iran do? Israel will strike those countries if they have to and it won't be because of any flimsy excuse. |
coolgb:No be this country, satelite and ship miss, snake swallowed money etc you will soon hear how a particular unnamed spirit was the one that moved that money into the beneficiary's account. |
So the Oniyelu Bridget Mojisola account does not have trail of who or where the money that entered her account came from? Which bank? All this shalaye lies, deceit and denials are modus operandi of a fantastically corrupt people. N585M fa. |
Fugazy2023:N799 to $1 and you were jumping? Please quote today's rate let's see. |
Kloenboi:If she marries this ex she will start calling her ex husband again ![]() That gender eh! |
This law will be for the average Nigerian who manages to pull out of poverty. Even though he would be able to prove how he made the money he would first go through some harrowing experience and part with a lot of that legal money before he is released. The politicians won't be touched and that's because they can prove their source of wealth because they are POLITICIANS which is a legit form of business in Nigeria. |
Mansa6:This will be my last response to you. Any normal human being will be frustrated having criminals at the helms and even more depressing having minions like yourself support them. You want to deny your age now when you told someone a few post ago you are on the wrong side of 50. Dey play. Keep you personal struggles to yourself everyone has had theirs. If you are looking for pity from me you'd better go jump off 3rd mainland bridge. Look at this confused recalcitrant 50yr old toad talking about someone using abusive curse words, this fool has been abusing people all along. Did you not call someone a Numbskull, called someone's parents wretched, moronic and misguided, child of peasantry and downtrodden on this same thread and you are now trying to throw moral compass at me. You will remain a fool into your 60s. |
Mansa6:I knew what I was saying when I said you are a foolish fool because at 50 you have surpassed the 40yr mark and we all know a fool at 40 is a foolish fool indeed and you seem to be the poster boy for foolishness. You are a cross between a banshee and a silverback so again I am beginning to understand your Level of crassness. Nobody said anyone will turn Nigeria into Dubai in 8yrs but to when you have a criminal at the helms even in 30yrs you will not get anywhere. Asking why Anambra is not Dubai to cast aspersions on Peter obi only makes you a repugnant irredeemable stupid idiot because I can see Lagos is Singapore abi. If condoms were not common during your time then someone should have used a nylon bag. Oloriburuku somebody. |
Mansa6: Mansa6:It is obvious that you are a foolish fool. A rettardded dingbat for that matter. Your coming to a public forum to proudly expose your imbecilty is something to be studied. A twerp like you will expect criminal in power to turn things around abi, even if you give them 30 years or more they will continue to pillage the system for their selfish benefit. But a miserable sod like you can never understand. An uneducated mull like you cant comprehend context of " everybody" that I used so I won't bother to explain. You said a country that has been ravaged and raped for years and yet to support a serial rapist and criminal to come turn things around, doesn't that make you a brainless Neanderthal. Someone should have used a condom. |
Mansa6:Stop talking nonsense. When people like you support and allow identity thieves, forgers and criminals into power you expect them to make things right abi.. Is it not everyone that is suffering it now just because short sighted tribalistic bigots helped a criminal into power. |
. When you're ready to have a discourse based on logic and reality let me know. For now, just REST!
