You don't even understand the chart that you displayed. On the H4 time frame for that matter it looks like that thing is on a bullish trend and the drop is just a retracement because I don't see a reversal pattern above.

If its an uptrend/bullish trend then we should all prepare for naira going to $2000 by december. The RSI indicator already shows that the naira is oversold against the $ and the next thing is a rise.
