That means there has to be some delay of repayment schedule to allow returns from the projects start trickling in before it is done. The govt is using dollars meant for projects to reduce burden of foreign exchange demands and also grow the forex reserves. In turn, they are using saved subsidy removal in Naira to do projects and cover up the scam from lenders like AfDB IMF and WB. Get it?
