As long as there is funds to build their looting channel projects like highways and flyovers, the economy is growing and being positioned for future expansion.
Flyover is now our most pressing need. In a nation where traffic jam is largely down to potholes and illegal trading on roads, it is flyover that will bring about a turn around. When the few cars on the road drive and encounter a flyover, they go up, come down, then boooom, our economy grows in leaps.

In a country with insecure highways, fixing of potholes is not cost effective, it is construction of new highways entirely.
