wiruwuru analysis. What is the correlation between wealthy nation and high taxes. People have to have prosperws and become wealthy before they can afford taxes which then gets invested to make the middleclasss richer.

if the capital had been chosen to be a central location. you guys would have qualified for a federal road from Benin to centre of delta state and another from centre of delta state to Awka(likely through Asaba). Another from Yenogoa to Delta would have given the state a good federal road network to launch with.
