The fact that your mind is telling you to be careful shows something is wrong somewhere.

I don't know what the agent did or how he was able to get you such subclass of visa because Nigeria is not an eligible country for evisitor visa which is the subclass 651.

The cost of applying for a 651 visa is free.

Except your uncle carries a passport for one of the countries listed, he will be deported at the point of entry and be banned for 10years.

The agent knows he has done something illegal and trying to cover up with work permit. There is no work permit but visa with work rights.

Go to home affairs website to read about subclass 651.

Ask him, when he checked VEVO, what subclass of visa is it?

What are the conditions attached to it.

Except we see the visa grant, I don't think anyone can reasonably advice you.

Ask the agent for the subclass of the work permit.

Did you know or you are just trying to deny the fact that more than 70% of medical students always have first class in part one? Can you say the same with geology? You can't compare their standard with medical students!

Who told you this? People think that this is true not knowing that it is due to the quality of students admitted to the department. Go and check their mth101, phy101,105, chm101,102 results and compare it to a department like mbbs, pharmacy, electrical & electronic engineering you would see how poor they are before they start their departmental courses. Take medical students to that geology, they would produce at least 30 first class graduate in a year!

Your assertion is wrong. Geology students do well in other departments including MTH and CHM.

I don't agree that the department is the most difficult, it only has some sadistic and crazy lecturers.

I finished from Geology, I had A in both CHM 101 and 102, B in Phy 101, 102, A 105 (practical), A in CHM 201, 203 and C in 205 (Amire's course), it was a mass failure. I replicated that results for other external courses, yet I finished with a second class loweexcr (3.40). That is to give you an idea of what we contended with in the department. And I was not in the best 10 students of the department.

Who told you Medical students will excel if taken to Geology? Medicine is only an ability to remember volumes of book, nothing more.

How many of the medical students had A in CHM, Phy, zoo, Bot? That is to render invalid your position.

is this applicable for someone that got 10 points from the assessment with OND but what to claim extra 5 points with HND,PGD and MSC.

If you are desperate for the 5 points, rather than take the risk of submitting without assessing it, you can assess the qualifications with VETASSES.

That will give you peace of mind.

Why wait for an employer to nominate you when you can do the skill migration. What outstanding skill do you have that an employer will not get in the country in project management?

It is better to start the skill assessment than waiting for employer to nominate you.
