ON MUSLIM/MUSLIM TICKET

I am an avid follower of General Issues on Voice89.9FM Ado Ekiti. The "Gang" are so cerebral and always on point. But whenever politics gets mixed with religion, their submissions always go anti Muslim. On the possible Muslim/Muslim APC ticket in the forthcoming elections, Nigerian Xtians should not forget the following.

In Ekiti state:

1: Gov Fayose and DepGov Eleka, both Xtians, still appointed an ALL CHRISTIAN 13member commissioners, with zero Muslim. Muslims remained loyal throughout.

2: Gov Fayemi was about to pick a female Muslim polytechnic lecturer as running mate but CAN threatened him. He so u-turned and picked Egbeyemi a Xtian. Muslims yet campaigned and voted for them.

3: Of the 3 leading parties - APC, SDP & PDP in tomorrow's guber election, ALL Govs and DepGov candidates are Xtians. Muslims didnt shout blue murder, threaten boycott, or forment trouble.

Now going national:

4: In my Ondo state today, the Gov, DepGov, Speaker, DepSpeaker, SSG, ChfJudge, Chf of Staff, Wife of Gov, Attorney General, Chairman of Obas etc are ALL Xtians! Muslims still didnt torpedo the Sunshine State.

5:Oyinlola and Obada, both Xtians, were Gov and DepGov in Muslim-dominated Osun state. Muslims didnt shout "these are crusaders"!

6:In Plateau and Benue states (for examples) where Muslims are up to 40% respectively, Muslims cannot breathe politically.

In all the above and many more, Christians take those injustices as reasonable right!

7:Muslim Governors Tinubu, Fashola, AbdulFattah and DepGov TayeLawal all are married to Xtian wives... Could tolerance be more than this? Remember it was our Mother Eve, not Father Adam, who broke the First Law and lured the spouse into the First Sin.

8: Christians are vehemently displaying fanatical love for Peter Obi, Wike (and later Okowa) of LP and PDP respectively. Peter Obi and Atiku Abubakar's geopolitical realities have eased their tasks. Let Tinubu's strategy be guided by pragmatism please!

9: Be reminded that Tinubu's wife remains a top-ranking Pastor. Tinubu's companies, businesses and inner-circles are Xtian-dominated. Adaba88.9FM in Akure, fully owned by Tinubu, is headed, staffed and run like a Christian corporation.

10: Tinubu can restructure and stabilize Nigeria, produce excess food, birth economic prosperity and generate lucrative employments. He has proven thus in complex Lagos state. He could be the political messiah we've been hoping and praying for for Nigeria.

Above all however, Only GOD chooses and installs Kings. This is the position of Muslims!
