Thank you Apostle Suleiman for calling it waht it is "a charade masquerading as governance".
It's a shame that both the religious leaders and entertainment big wigs in Nigeria almost never speak out on things like this. Perhaps they have all been bought. |
Travel › Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by ColdHunter(f): 11:25am On Mar 28 |
amnotapervert: I don’t like to make comments when it involves a young child. It is not normally easy for a mother to leave her 7-month-old baby to come to school in a very cold country but that might be the only option.
It is also not easy for a young child when the mother is an international student trying to focus on school, especially with the financial responsibilities that come with raising a child even tho the father will be around with a young 3 year old ....IRCC knows this and will likely reject the visa application applying with a 7 months old
IRCC may also have concerns if the whole family applies together. Even though the husband may qualify for a SOWP, applying for a study permit and SOWP at the same time, while bringing two children, can be complicated...........cost is what I am talking about $42,543 + her school fees Advisable the full 2 years fees https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/study-canada/study-permit/get-documents/financial-support.html
Overall, it is not an easy process, especially with the current (post-2025) situation.
In many cases, the best option is for the mother to apply on her own, get settled for about six months to a year, and then apply for the SOWP and bring the children and you later. This approach tends to work better, especially if the husband continues saving to support the family while the wife is already in Canada.
By that time, a large portion of the school fees (around 80%) would have been paid, and the husband would ideally have enough funds to support all four family members.
As you can see, this is not usually a straightforward process. I hope you choose the option that works best for you. Good morning chief, please can I send an email to the mail on your bio? |

Nothing a scientist or pharmacist or nurse can explain that a doctor cannot explain but there is a lot a doctor knows that non of them has ever heard before Not true. There are pharmacists that always wanted to be pharmacists and so on. I can understand for say, Anatomists and co. |

Doctors want to ensure they dominate every department in the health sector.
What I even want health practitioners to protest is that nonsense policy that only medical doctors can be MDs. What in the hell is that? Isn't the position of an MD a strictly administrative position? If a doctor can be MD or CMD, why can't a nurse or a pharmacist?
That is why today especially in FTHs, you find Doctors as head of units like Servicom and Social Welfare. |

freedomtours: You should have mail them to find out, although some school in Portugal will accept you applying without legalizing but will state the same reason as the reason for denying you admission when they release their admission list after collecting your application fee, that's why we advice applicant to legalize before applying for admission. Just checked their website, and ther3s absolutely no mention of legalization. I'm aware that some University like in Austria will only ask for legalization after you're admitted. |
Travel › Re: Anyone Studying In Portugal!!!! by ColdHunter(f): 12:23pm On Mar 21 |
freedomtours: Please make sure you authenticate and legalize your certificate before applying, even if you reach out to the sch via email, some may not be specific on that, but they will eventually denial you if you fails to legalize before applying, it happen to some applicants last year, that's after collecting non refundable application fee from them.
Some school will open 1st phase of admission this February and some will still open next month, any sch you want to target, check their programs and also you can mail the course director to get more information.
You should also note that in this 2026 visa application, interview at the Portuguese embassy in Abuja is now compulsory. Very soon l will be posting some of the interview questions you be expecting. I applied to ISCTE and there was no specific request to legalize my documents before applying. Now I'm worried |

Theres something really curious about the Nigerian legal system.
Is it the plaintiff that determines who is arrested or how long a suspect can be jailed.
This happens all the time where suspects are jailed for as long as the complainant wants.
Just look at the Umahi case with the woman he is owing. |

Today is day 7 since the passing of Ayatollah Khomenei. By this calculation, he has only enjoyed 7 virgins about of the allocated 72. That's 65 more to go. This is if he is taking them as prescribed 1 per day OD. Enjoyment is just too much But if he is greedy and decides to do BD or TD or even 3some, that means the virgins will finish quicker. Which may not be good news for the other generals that were killed. As Ayatollah may forcefully collect their own virgins. But being that he died at a very old age, I doubt he will have the stamina to fully enjoy the virgins sef, maybe they will only massage his terrorist preek with Arabian oil |
