Good

We are becoming more productive hence the increase in export
Keep deceiving yourself, the reason Nigeria is experiencing trade surplus is because of less imports and not because of more productivity in the economy. The reason for the less import is because of the exchange rate because Nigerians are now sourcing local alternatives in place of exports e.g rice, even human hair are being imported less as women now embrace local braids. This is actually not a bad thing though but to delude yourself that there's more industry and production going on in the economy is just blatant rubbish . Otherwise can you mention how many car factories ,steel companies or production sites have been set up that's making Nigeria to export like you said.

A REMINDER THAT YOU WERE BORROWING $1.5 BILLION DOLLARS EVERY MONTH TO SUSTAIN NAIRA AND BORROWED TRILLIONS TO SUSTAIN FUEL SUBSIDY.

YOU WERE NOT ABLE TO PAY WORKERS,ASUU,NASU AND ALMOST ALL NIGERIAN WORKERS WERE ON STRIKE BECAUSE YOU COULDN'T PAY THE MEAGRE #18,000 AND #30,000 YOU PROMISED.

INSTITUTIONS WERE WARY OF BORROWING YOU MONEY BECAUSE YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO PAY.
YOU DEPENDED ON LIFELINE AND YOU WERE DYING RAPIDLY.

TODAY,YOUR WORKERS ARE RECEIVING #85,000,#75,000,#70,000.
GOVS ARE RECEIVING TRIPLED ALLOCATIONS, THEY ARE PAYING THEIR DEBTS,SOME UP TO 90%.THEY ARE EXECUTING PROJECTS RIGHT,LEFT AND CENTRE.
FG JUST PAID OFF ALL IMF DEBTS,PAID OFF $7 BILLION FX BACKLOG ETC.
UNLIKE BEFORE WHEN YOU WERE DYING,NOW FITCH RATINGS,WORLD BANK,IMF,AfDB ETC ARE TELLING THE WORLD THAT YOU ARE NOT DYING ANYMORE BUT GETTING BETTER AND STRONGER.
YOUR EXPORT HAS GONE UP,LITHIUM FACTORIES ARE BEING SET UP IN NIGERIA IN WHICH CASE YOU WILL BE PRODUCING ELECTRIC VEHICLES,YOUR MINERAL SECTOR HAS GONE UP,THE GOODIES ARE NUMEROUS.

ONLY A MUMU AND A SADIST WILL LIKE TO GO BACK TO THAT UNSUSTAINABLE AND DYING LIFE YOU WERE LIVING BEFORE.

Also be reminded that the borrowing has not stopped despite Tinubus removal of subsidy, infact Tinubu has borrowed more money than all his predecessors despite his so called subsidy removal savings.
Are you even aware that he has recently proposed to borrow another 20Trn to take Nigerias debt to almost 200Trn so what is all this your tappings about?

Even a child born yesterday knew that the USD1.5Bn loan taken by Mele Kyari with our untapped crude oil to rehabilitate refineries has gone as money for the boys again yet no one will be held accountable.
This is the same Tinubu government that promised to fight corruption few days ago while he himself is corruption personified.
Yet to the agbadorian Mofos Tinubu is the best thing that happened after sliced bread. Once they start gaslighting you with their paper achievements on this forum just ask them where's our USD1.5Bn loan they took to revamp refineries and where are the working refineries and watch them go dumb.

Here we go again from this useless and callous government. What exactly are these loans used for ? Buying cars for Obas and politicians, sharing palliatives and buying presidential jets. Can anyone articulate how Nigerians have benefited from the money already borrowed by this useless good for nothing government that they want to borrow more again? The USD1.5Bn borrowed by Mele Kyari to repair refineries is yet to be repaid by our untapped crude oil but today no refinery is functioning in this country yet Tinubu wants to keep borrowing despite telling us subsidy is gone and all other shenanigans.
Nigeria is truly a zoo and this country is cursed, if you are able to flee from this zoo and never return.

lexy2014:
what is the name of the system that you say is rubbish?

what is wrong with the system?

is it the system that is the problem?
The system is also a part of the problem because this system promotes wastages, you cannot have a bicameral legislature, over bloated executives in a poor country like Nigeria and expect capital developments to flourish. At the end of every budget cycle more money is spent on reccurent useless things like buying of cars, feeding and foreign trips of politicians instead of actual projects that benefit the people, pls use your brain.

Apart from corruption and fraudulent practices that permeate Nigeria fabrics, our state governors are another major problem, most of them has turned their respective states to their personal empires, they are collecting monthly allocations what are they doing with they do one or two projects, they hardly pay their workers what is due them.

They don't allow any independence for local government, they make sure it is there stooges that were appointed local council
chairmen.
The present system of government is not working unless you want to receive yourself. The main issue with Nigeria democracy is too much wastage in the name of governance, the system was mimicked after the US system which is a rich country while Nigeria is a poor country.
How can trillions be budgeted to service a bicameral legislature, over bloated executives with several advisers and PA who do nothing every year leaving nothing left for capital projects and you say the system is ok.
What is required is to look for a system that works for a poor country like Nigeria where the cost of governance is shrunk to the minimum, the issue is more than just holding leaders accountable unless you just want to be stupid.

Borrowed more than any other government how? Not in Nigeria maybe in your world of alternative reality though.
Go and check if you want to learn and stop disgracing yourself online.
Nigerias debt as at when Tinubu took office was 97trillion today the debt has risen to 145Trillion, meaning Tinubu has borrowed over 48Trillion in just two years in office!!!
No other administration in the history of this country has ever borrowed that much within two years in office. Intact the total amount Bihari borrowed in his tenure was not up to 45 Trillion despite paying subsidy .

I have PVC and so is my wife and younger ones who must vote whoever I asked them to vote. Dear Alhaji Waziri Adamawa, your excellency Atiku Abubakar.

You said the coming election is between Nigerians and the Administration that has unleashed hardship on them.
We all know the hardship is as a result of Tinubu's determination to raise money for his government without continuing to borrow and plunge the nation into more debts. He did that by removing subsidy and stopped subsidizing dollars.

Dear Alhaji Atiku once again
If you can swear by Quran that you will immediately start paying subsidy and subside dollars to bring fuel pump price per liter back to N200 and dollars to be exchange for $1=N350 once you become president me and my people are going to vote for you, deal?
This part of your quote got me cracking up cos it smarks of ignorance. Really!!!
We all know the hardship is as a result of Tinubu's determination to raise money for his government without continuing to borrow and plunge the nation into more debts.
Are you aware that despite the so called subsidy removal and dollar floating, this Tinubus administration has borrowed more than any other previous government? You gullible zombies should keep deceiving yourselves.

Hell will not let loose if they don't export to the US. Find other countries to export to. It's that simple. Don't let US hold U into ransome. By the way, US population is not up to 400 million, how come every other nation is targeting US for their products?
The answer to the last part of the question you raised is because US is the number 1 economy in the world where majority of the population of 400m can afford the basic needs of life, contrast this with the situation of Nigeria where majority of the 200m population are either below the poverty line or just living from hand to mouth.
If you ship your goods to US , you stand a higher chance of selling it than in any other country because there's not just the population but a buoyant population that can afford it. But if you ship to a country like Nigeria where they are struggling to feed, you will have few people that can afford it because they are still battling with the basic needs of life.
It's often said that the majority of the African robust population is just a waste because they are unproductive.

Do you know what trade by batter is? In the olden days people swap salt for cutlass does that mean they are in debt? Even if you swap crude in advance for petrol how does that equate to borrowing?
One of the reasons I left this platform for a while is that people here are too dull to be engaged and even when corrected they are defiant in their ignorance.

Until you start producing for local consumption and export & less import before pressure on naira will reduce.
Until then, naira will keep receiving gba gbos from the dollar
But your propaganda government told us that Nigeria is now exporting more than it's producing, in fact they told us Nigeria has recorded trade surplus since Tinubu became President.
Immediately, I saw that news I knew this idiots have started deceiving their gullible zombies again. Because it is impossible to be having a trade surplus and your currency will be depreciating the way naira has been depreciating. What has simply happened in Nigeria's case is that importation has reduced due to diminished purchasing power caused by the same Tinubu, not that there's any significant productivity in the economy that has led to more exportation.
This Tinubu government will not kill his zombies with propaganda

Such an embarrassment to Pele, Garrincha, Romario, Fenomeno, Rivaldo, Dinho, KaKa Adriano, Fabiano, and Neymar.
On a Good day, this Guy won't smell the bench of the Brazilian National Team.
Did anyone tell you it's his national team statistics that's pushing him for world beat or ballon d or?
It's definitely his club performance and not his national team, he plays for the best football club in the world which is real Madrid, for the likes of osimhen to get into world beat conversations they need to first get into the elite teams like real Madrid and start doing their magic there before they are reckoned with.
That's the way football is structured,if you want to win the big prize you get into the big leagues.

It’s simple economics. Petrol was heavily subsidized. It was institutionalized fraud where people just did nothing and got paid by the government. It’s not sustainable in a country as corrupt as Nigeria, where some companies are enrolled as beneficiaries with false claims of imported petrol in collaboration with their cronies in the NNPC. Nigeria bled for decades
Ozuor, that's what you zombies use to make yourself feel happy. Has Nigeria stopped bleeding now that subsidy was removed? Has that put food on the table if Nigerians now? Has corruption stopped in Nigeria now?
If you believed that petrol subsidy only benefitted some imaginary people and not the Nigerian masses then you need medical examination, till date they have asked the same people that sold you these lies to provide the names of the imaginary people that looted the subsidy funds they have not been able to name a single person.
Removal of subsidy only added more money to government purse and removed a lot from Nigerian purse meaning Nigerians became poorer and politicians became richer.
Massive looting is still ongoing in various government offices in billions so you can tell this your faded story to the gods.

Federal Ministry of Agriculture just provides directions and policies for the State Ministry of Agriculture to align with., provides support for local farmers, provide grants and loan to the states, provides regulations and enforcement and engages with stakeholders.

The actual implementation is done by the State Ministry of Agriculture. The Federal Ministry of Agriculture simply collaborates with the States who own the land.

So, can you see how silly you are for calling your lineage ”daft”. When you were advised to take your schooling serious and you refused, it was to prevent this disgraceful contribution you just made in an open platform😄.
