The problem of inflation that Nigeria is having today is not because of the the removal of subsidy Zombie.
The problem of inflation we have today is as a result of the landslide devaluation of the Naira embarked upon by Tinubu. Who devalues her currency by over 400% within a year in an import dependent economy and will not see the mother of all inflation.

Many of these banks have investors in FX, loans in FX and technology services they pay forannually in FX prior to . If you want to take their exchange rate gains, will the government also cover their exchange rate losses that they will need to pay for in FX?

Someone already pointed out that this fuel subsidy removal has opened his eyes that Nigerians are very dull people and you have just corroborated his submission with this dumb narrative. You cited more allocations to state as an achievement of fuel subsidy removal when massive inflation caused by the same policy and Naira devaluation has eroded whatever that is meant to achieve.
The states have been further impoverished by the allocation and not richer, they have FX obligations,loans,salary increase and projects to pay for and this has been inflated due to tinubus ill thought out policies.
Think about it, If you were earning 100k before Tinubu and now you earn 300k you were better off with the 100k before Tinubu than the 300k now.

America did not take the oil from Nigeria.
US WTI is a slightly different type of oil compared to Nigeria's bonny light. Nigeria's own is of higher quality and more expensive in the international market. Dangote is likely purchasing the US WTI because it is cheaper than Nigeria's oil and secondly, there is not enough supply of Nigeria's oil because a good portion has been used to secure loans.

Just say the reason is because Nigeria's crude is unavailable because it's been used to collaterize loans into the future and don't add the fact that US WTI is cheaper. I get angry when people are this context to the reason for importing crude from US because the price differential is very marginal.
US WTI Crude is selling for $83.65 while our own bonny light is $85.20 as at today meaning it's less than $2 per barrel difference. Now if you factor in the freight cost of a single vessel from the US to lekki which will run into millions of $ you will notice that it might probably cost Dangote more to buy US WTI despite the meaningless price difference you quoted.
Let's just face it that Nigeria is doomed and a failed country.
