I think the 50k request by the buyer is fair enough. As I told dominique earlier, we will ban chucky234 if he does not pay up by Monday. The drivers and mechanics you guys are trusting need to be scrutinized more thoroughly as they may have contributed to the issues for personal gain. Those devils are not to be trusted. But the buck stops with chucky234; it was his responsibility to fully inform his client and deliver the expected product. Dominique is supposed to call you to establish some of the crucial details. If you have complaints about my ruling, inform her.

I met this person by the name Chukwunonso Umeigbokwe on Nairaland who parades himself as an importer at Alaba International market, I ventured into exporting in the UK and sent four vehicles, generators, LCDS, computer accessories and handed it over to him to sell these goods. He fabricated lies saying the vehicles have to be moved to Vesper Lagos where the cars can be sold easily, within one month of the vehicles being in his possession, the generators and other goods he stopped talking calls from me and the persons who was helping find buyers for all the goods.
I tracked him down with the police and he stated he will pay the money he stole, he was arrested a few months ago and held in handcuffs as you can see in the pictures but he hasn't paid any money he owe.
The criminal Chukuwunonso refers himself as CJ and frequently parades at Alaba market looking for people to defraud of their hard earned money.
The worth of the goods he stole is N3,800,000.00

I got a number from this platform that one can get in touch wit one of the admin officers at uniben.When I called I was told it is not possible if the transcript jas not yet been forwarded.The surprising thing is that,he told me to pay into his account & he will assist me wit me the admission.I feel it is dubious for him to send his personal account number.Can anyone help with any officer at uniben who can update me.

What a sad turn out of events. I was hopping Chucky234 settles in good time so we can close down the thread before the zero-tolerance-for-scam crew sniffs it. If only Chucky234 had listened to those of us that advised him to refund or compensate Oseri, the thread would have not gotten to this stage. I said on this thread it can take just one customer to bring down a business, someone quoted me and customers can use that analogy to blackmail the seller. I wanted to reply him that a customer that has been properly treated and given value for his money will not think of doing such to his seller. If Chukky had delivered a vehicle in good condition, Oseri would not bother opening a thread to recount his terrible experience. If he had opened the thread to defame Chukkys character, he would have been uncovered as he wouldn't have tangible evidence. Even if Oseri never gets the compensation or refund, the satisfaction that Chukkys online reputation is badly dented is enough compensation for him.

This should serve as a lesson to everybody doing business on this forum. If you damn consequences and don't deliver to your customer as promised. Your action could as well be the beginning of the end of the good name and business you built online.
