aca77: I've been in Abakaliki for a couple of weeks now, and I must admit that the rate of development here is outstanding. Infrastructure is great and the city seems to be shaping up to be one of the best organised and sanest in Nigeria. The governor is clearly a performer, and I'm saying this objectively.
On the flip side, it's a very small city though (everybody knows everybody, and they look at new faces with almost xenophobic cynicism). And the people here seem quite unfriendly and clannish in nature. I'm very outgoing and have been out and about to while away time and soak in the vibe of the city, but the guys I've been seeing around everywhere seem only comfortable with their fellow Abakaliki-oriented squad. As an outsider or visitor, it's difficult to make reasonable acquaintances here. Not a tourist's delight. lol i didnt grow up here bro been here for a year wat keeps me going is d constant light and games indoors |

Romance › Re: How Do I Get To Meet A Good Girl? by colossus91(m): 11:32pm On Aug 30, 2017 |
Skinni: I'm a guy of 28 years but I have a serious problem. Throughout my life I have never been in any 'serious' relationship. Although I have had couple of relationships in the past but most of them fizzled out just like that. In fact, few girls that I have been with were never committed.
I must say that I'm introverted, so I have only been into few relationships.
But that aside, I just realised that most girls that I have wasted my time with; were nothing to write home about. And I find it very hard pretending to be in a relationship that isn't heading anywhere.
My own case is just simple, once I discover that a girl is neither truthful nor committed, I will just quit the friendship.
I'm the kind of person that can't date two ladies at the same time. This makes me to always be out of relationship for long before I could find another.
My friends do call me pastor because once in a relationship with any girl, I can never enter into another. But my only problem now is how to know and meet a very nice lady. A lady who is sincere. A lady that is dependable. A lady that has conscience.
The last girl that I broke up with was so terrible that I am now even scared to approach any other lady. I don't want to waste another part of my life in an unserious relationship. It weighs me down.
Guys please i need advice. How do I get to meet a good girl? What signs should I look for? What will the body language look like? Please I need sincere advice. bro we so much alike bt me ehnnn my own problem is i hit shiit up and the love goes bt now i found my bae we did shii yet i still love her and ama marry her sef.....keep trying bro the real girl will cum and stop discarding girls they might come in handy later boooty call things |

Politics › We Have Started Our Restructuring Lai Muhammed by colossus91(op): 9:30am On Aug 30, 2017 |
We have started our restructuring – Lai Mohammed ON August 29, 2017 4:51 PM / IN News , Politics / BY Adekunle / Comments By Emmanuel Aziken, Political Editor The Federal Government has commenced the process of restructuring in the way it understands, the minister of information, culture and tourism, Alhaji Lai Mohammed said on Tuesday. President Muhammadu Buhari Speaking on a Channels Television live interview, the minister also disclosed that President Muhammadu Buhari had intervened into the reported faceoff between the Attorney General of the Federation, Alhaji Abubakar Malami and the Acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC. Mohammed who was pulled to his wits end in playing down the reported faceoff which he said the press was attempting to blow up, however, assured that the president’s response to the crisis would conclude the matter. Mohammed during the interview anchored by Muape Ogun, also disclosed that the Federal Government had drawn a red line on hate speech saying that any breaches would be met with requisite sanctions. “For the Federal Government restructuring means devolution of power. Restructuring means for the Federal Government a system whereby government’s policies and programmes can reach everybody at the grassroots. For us, restructuring means ability that will allow you to deliver and in our own way, we have started. “The Acting President (then) issued an order to the police that they should start implementing community policing; that is one aspect of restructuring that we believe will deliver better criminal justice. We as a government we look at our constitution as it is today and we follow strictly what the constitution says, and in applying the constitution we look at practical ways of reaching out to people. “The constitution is the grundnorm today, that is the basis of our being together and you cannot today as a government do anything that is contrary to that Constitution because that is the supreme law of the country. So, even when you talk about restructuring you may need to amend certain provisions of the constitution, and we all know how cumbersome it is to do that. But we are not averse to genuine grievances, we are ready to look at them, but what the government cannot do is to react to the cacophony of voices.“ The minister also rebuffed insinuations of a civil war within the administration as reflected in the crisis between the AGF, Malami and the acting chairman of the EFCC, Mr. Magu. He said: “People may have different ideas, but this is not unusual, and I can assure you, the matter will soon be brought under control. With the anchor insisting, Mohammed threw back, saying, “I think you are trying to make a mountain out of a molehill. There is nothing unusual for two agencies of the same government to have different means on how to achieve the goal. But it is a matter that will be resolved and will be resolved.” Asked if the president was aware of the crisis, he said: “Yes, he is. He is the employer of the two of them. The president would look into the matter and of course, pronounce on the issue. The EFCC chairman why would he take the position that he is taking, the AGF why would he take the line he is taking?” |

Sirwallace: Nigerians will never appreciate whatever comes from the government. everything na scam to them. the same people who bellitle n power paycheck when it was first announced are the same people who complain about the tab given to them.
the tab is not given to you to run your asphalt 7 or FIFA 2017. it was given to you to impact life and if you value other things above the primary objective of this tab, you can kindly return the poor tab and go to the market to purchase your Apple tab. tab E will play my asphaltbjudt fine |
