Due to the high rate of scammers withdrawing pioneers from their available balance, and keeping watch over the lock pi duration in order to withdraw it the second time, whereby the owner will not have access to withdraw the pi after the lock duration. The Pi core team after receiving series of scammers tricks have decided to withdraw back all locked up Pi from the wallet so it can be resend as the second migration when the owner must have created a second wallet and submitted in checklist 3&6 respectively.
This is a good move from the core team to save pioneers already migrated lock pi from the wallet

If your Pi has been stollen from your wallet, you can generate a new passphrase, copy it and submit it in checklist 3 & 6 respectively in order to receive your lock pi as your second migration to your new passphrase wallet.
This time you will get sense to hide your passphrase from people or not paste your passphrase on any advert display on your pi app again.
