I dont want to conclude there is no insider. But note There is possibility machine return your card after some time. And those guys will make sure no one use the ATM after u have left to increase the chance of machine returning it. Since they already have ur pin.

The only thing bank will do is to check the footage, if it is someone they know.

But if at all the security used his card after he must have left, is he not supposed to see it when the CCTV was played for him

Hmmmm they just played the CCTV to me now. The guy who told me about scanning was actually close at my back.

Also, even though not clear, he seemed to have swapped my card too. Truly I lost guard .

I don't know what to do now.

That's all the money I had save the 1200 in my wallet.

By scanning your ATM Card your 16 digits, expiring date and the security code at the back of your card must had been captured. The guy only waited for you to type in your pin. For the pin to show on the ATM screen the ATM must have been tampered with.

Your biggest mistake was scanning your ATM on the machine. The security guy at First will need to be questioned.

This is scary. Pls how was the guy able to memorize his 16 digits to be able to clone the card.
