Well, why do you care? Most Nigerians in the US are not undocumented. They don't have Green Cards but are documented in some form.

I know at least 3 that are undocumented.

but if you are or have citizenship passport as an america you are covered even though you have tax problems.
for the restaurants ,farm where illegal immigrants are working they are still covered through there employers who claim payments from the stimulus plan.
