The sacked senator and twitter troll just displayed major ignorance and idiocy.

In advanced countries including EU/Italian laws prohibits unauthorized release of medical info without consent by the patient.

In America, it's called the HIPPA Law.

Thank God they sacked this idiot out of the Nigerian senate.
This is a man some boasted to be an intellectual.

Day by day, Sani displays such crass and primordial traits, it is baffling how he ever managed to fool some.

This is one who was once a legislator.

Where did you see in my assertion that I'm talking about all flights from the entire Europe and Asia? That would mean over 100 countries. There are high risk countries such as China, South Korea, Iran and Italy. These are the ones I'm referring to. Flights from these countries into Nigeria should be restricted to perhaps once a week and upon arrival, all passengers on board quarantined for say 14 days. It's not rocket science. Other countries like Saudi and even South Africa are following this model. We can if we're serious.
I'm in South Africa as we speak and I can tell you that this is not true.

Sorry I do not get you....
My statement is clear.

If America was in a sovereign territory, bombarding the place knowing fully well they had no business there, shouldn't we call it what it is - terrorism or even a less aggressive term -bullying?

You are asking for link regarding something that was televised for the public. They even showed people the military bases in Texas and California where those people were taken to.

There is no parallel

The war is not on US territory and this is just a surrender by the US

They realize they cannot win and had no business being there in the first place.

They would not pull out if it was California or Texas
Is this terrorism?

Or sheer bullying?

Status of a group can change overtime especially when conditions as these are considered.... peace deal from bilateral talks, cease fire, power sharing and above all end to hostility towards the country of interest.

The Muslim community should understand from this gesture that America is not against Islam
So harking back to my initial post, and we agree that for the purpose of peace, roads often undesired need to be explored.

The zombie is the one that compares a terrorist on his own soil to an insurgent in another land all in a bid to canonise the terrorists.

Assuming that US does negotiate with terrorists, does that mean we should too? Especially on our own land? Where then is our sense of national pride and patriotism if a group that seeks to change our system of governance by violence is embraced? What is the difference between that and treason?

Shekau is a Nigerian, fighting a religious war to change the constitution of Nigeria. His victims are also Nigerians. Let that sink into your head.
Yet America went into a nation, bombed it to smithereens on the pretext that they were terrorists.

America lost American lives on foreign soil, caused mental and physical damage not only to Afghans but American citizens who answered the call of duty.
America lost billions of taxpayers revenue on maintaining a carnage that was never desired.

Yet today, they've negotiated with the same set of people even swapping thousands of prisoners as part of the negotiation.

Reprogram your brain.

Stop buying into the narrative that every American decision is justified.

As well, if you justify their action of negotiating with "terrorists", you must accept it is a strategy for creation of peace under extreme circumstances.

Just state it clearly that you support the implementation of sharia throughout Nigeria. You don't need to hide under US. We know most of you buharideens are closet supporters of shekau.
There's no need lamenting on his behalf, or drumming up support for efforts to normalise him as an everyday thing either. He's richer and well recognised more than you by this govt. So off with the mask!! Let's see your real face.
Anything America does is correct but when your country does it, it is wrong.

You are very ignorant.
US purposely went and brought her citizens back from where they were affected. Most of them came with military aircraft under very strict quarantine and they are in military bases.
That is a country that cares and values the life of every of its citizens.
The other few cases, if you understand the vast influx of people of from all over the into the US on daily bases when compared to other countries you mentioned, then you would be ashamed of what you just wrote.
Liar.

Provide just one link that suggests this.

What is wrong with you people?

The point I think he's driving home is that all those disembarking from a flight from Italy regardless of their nationality should be quarantined on arrival.
And I ask this question;

You mean any passenger coming from Europe and Asia would be kept in a holding facility upon arrival?

This would include pilots and air service crew right?

So on the average you would detain 2 thousand people daily for 14 days?
