Factors like the state governor's positive initiatives, unifying the people & changing the political dynamics for an all-inclusive government, & stabilising the religious tension caused by the former governor in the state. Other factors include the appointment of a military chief from Southern Kaduna, the siting of a federal uni & other projects in Southern Kaduna by the president. You don't need a magician to tell you that Kaduna is already in the hands of APC as it stands.
