Mr. Man, the law is explicit and cannot be twisted for any reason. Any legislator that defected before the expiration of his tenure, shall lose his right. This is just a decision that has been taken by the supreme court and doesn't need further interpretation from anyone. For them recanting, that doesn't take away their initial error of publicly defecting to APC.

Mr Law (lol) where was it stated that those members defected? Can you provide the documents they signed for defection? Can you provide where chairman of the other party received them? Show us proof pls.
