Flangelo12: Mouth wey be like generator. Lol.. Man is just being a huge embarrassment to himself.. Talks too much without at least verifying. But he faced backlash from many Nigerians who accused him of not verifying issues before reacting to them.
Obi thereafter reversed his stance, saying his initial comment was based on reports from reputable media platforms Such a shame! |

Eventually, you get monotonous and your words hold no water anymore.
There's power in silence sometimes. Peter Obi should try it.

Where is HITECH in this news? Hemanwel: @PressMyButton, what's the cost of this project?
Inasmuch as I applaud the FG for initiating this massive project, there should be transparency. How many companies bid for the project? Why was HITECH selected? At what cost?
These are the controversies that becloud the project which the government hasn't provided answers to. There's no accountability.
Maybe oga T-pain is using the project as a conduit to amass money for 2027 elections.
BTW:
I won't get tired, nor weary of reminding you all that President Tinubu has less than 868 days to handover power to the next person. |

Politics › Re: Nigeria To Partner China To Produce Military Equipments To Avoid Delays by commoditiesnig(m): 9:03pm On Jan 09, 2025 |
Brilliant write-up sir. As the person you quoted rightly said, Turkey would've been Nigeria's best partner in arms production. They produce more quality military equipment and abit less than Western countries.. Turkey isn't 2nd NATO largest country for nothing. I'd prefer Turkey... But as you also rightly stated, China long standing r/ship with Nigeria dwarfs those two countries romeodunn: China has a more established logistical machine, they deliver on time, they are cheaper and their fighter jet engines (the WS10 and WS13) are more reliable than the Russian ones.
China is also cheaper, we can get JF17 block 3 jets, the HQ9 air defense system, and eventually the J35 5th gen jet for much cheaper than what Russia and Turkey would charge us.
And we already have a relationship with China that goes back years, I think this is a smart play on our part. |
