The fact that Tinubu is a Yoruba and loved by his people automatically makes him an enemy to the Igbos. |

Politics › Re: Did President Tinubu Make The Trip To Enugu Bcoz Of Obi's Statement by commoditiesnig(m): 4:31pm On Jan 04, 2025 |
Naptu, thanks for educating ignorant folks here. Kudos naptu2: President Tinubu had stated on New Year morning that he was going to visit states, he said that he was sure that he would find something to be proud of in the states. He said that he was going to begin by visiting Enugu on the 4th of January.
In response, the chairman of the Governors's Forum, Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazak said that the governors were getting increased revenue and they were doing great things with it. He mentioned the Blue and Red Lines in Lagos, roads in Delta and Bayelsa, etc. He said that he was sure that President Tinubu would see these developments when he visits the states.
In order for President Tinubu to make that announcement, the visit must have been planned a long time in advance. Presidential state visits are not spur of the moment events and the itinerary must have been coordinated with the Enugu State Government.
It was after President Tinubu made that announcement that Peter Obi asked the President to travel around the country by road. |

Cos looking back n seeing d resources he had at his disposal n checking his performance then a sane person who witnessed his administration will rate him below average Chief, most of these folks were kids during OBJ tenure.. Don't bother engage them. They don't know OBJ had the WORST administration since 1999 and LAID THE BAD FOUNDATION which had affected the country since.. is it NA members, 3rd term bid, Governors impeachment, privatization, Power, Refinery, you name it. These kids online don't know. But posterity will judge all former bad leaders. |

Fuckyoumod: Obasanjo should be ashamed of himself for failing to set the right foundation for this country.
He couldn't give electricity in spite of billions of dollars invested into the electrification of Nigeria, he failed to revive Ajaokuta steel plant after his govt sunk billions of dollars into Ajaokuta steel.
The refinery he failed to revamp, our justice system started failing under him.
Obasanjo should blame himself! Very true.. Such a big shame! When i was overseas I wept as I realized how these past leaders really stagnated the nation. European countries with no Oil but quality infrastructure everywhere.. I shook my head |

mysticwarrior: It's not disrespectful you are only feeling ashamed that you failed to do what you were supposed to do when you had all the means at your disposal to do it. Just look at the way he is making excuses for his failure. I tell you.. Absolute excuse! Shame on past leaders that failed to do the right things.. Power, Refinery, Security, Manufacturing, etc.. The Nation would've been in a much better place by now. |
