This is some how funny, so since 2014 none of the the two past presidents sign this bill even Goodluck Jonathan that is from the ND. Even though I am not a supporter of Tinubu, he has done well in this aspect of signing the bill of the institution into law.

My brother we South South people are mostly problem to ourselves. You can see how SS Leaders like Ex Pres. GEJ and even Ex Min Amaechi didn't make this Maritime Uni a reality.. Something that would have greatly favoured their own SS zone. Its so unfortunate.
