Have been dating this guy I love him and I think he loves me too...He said he want to marry me that is coming to see my parent before the ending of next month and before next year we will marry.

Hence you said the relationship is still fresh, I guess you should give it a little time, also make sure you talk to him about it, some guys don't actually like doing much calling, it doesn't mean he doesn't love you, some guys could pretend to love you and give you the kind of attention you seek, then suddenly seize when they get what they want. The problem in this your case is that he doesn't reply your chats nor chat you up.

Lastly, follow your mind, most people you see here who dish out advises have little or no experience, they keep saying "leave him, dump his ass, men are plenty out there, bLa bLa bLa", every relationship has it's up and down, don't be deceived.

There is no excuse to not call your partner, it leads to communication problems. OP have you tried talking it out with him? If he persists, then you sef lock up, if he really loves you he should learn to call you atleast once in a day. You shouldn't be the one doing all the calling, it's a 2way thing.
