The game plays but very slow! When we checked the specifications we noticed my PC graphics card was not optimal for the game, I tried updating the drivers online but HP told me my drivers are up to date, I understand they want me to replace my PC with a newer model.

I wanted to help if it wouldn't play at all but since it plays but just slow it's definitely from your graphics card. Intel HD Graphics is too low and ancient for a modern game like PES 2017. Intel hd 3000 would have been better

Go to pes patch website and see if you can get a patch to remove crowd. It'll improve speed. Also increase speed from in-game menu

For your transaction, explain to the seller to send double invoices. Tel him not to ship till you've paid fully

Easiest way to know -- Right click on desktop or goto Control Panel > Display > Screen Resolution. Click on Advanced Setting. Under the Adapter tab, you will find the Total Available Graphics Memory as well as the Dedicated Video memory.

As a gamer, buy the ones with 512mb/1gb or more dedicated video memory. But just know they're costlier than normal laptops

It's probably your pixels that are dying. Some recovery applications claim to wake dead pixels but the best solution remains to change the screen totally
