If you can locate the RAM, remove it and put it again or if it has 2 then remove one and boot with one. If none work then it's definitely VGA problem. Either your the cable or screen

Discharge your capacitors. Remove your battery and charger then press and hold power button for 2 minutes. Boot it up and check again

If you didn't do anything to it then I suspect the driver updated itself. Go to device manager and roll back the driver
