I just finished uploading the employee details and submitted. When I checked through my profile, it shows captured but the names of my employees were not there. It displays N/A (not applicable) instead. Has anyone experienced this?

I think this, if not the most, would be one of the difficult tasks. It's not easy coming on social media to divulge this, but I need to end this depression. When I had nothing, I have always depended on loan apps for survival. I tried so hard to meet up with deadlines for debt repayments & the more I pay, the better the chance to get another loan. It's been three months now that I got a job (of #45,000 monthly) and I still can't gain a financial stability. This loan of #72,000 keeps making a mess of my life. When I try paying parts with my monthly income, I end up going back to get another loan since there's no one to borrow me without interest. My plight would have been eased if I could get a loan without interest attached to pay up, but there's none. I know I can survive with my monthly earning but the incurred debt keeps dragging my financial life in the mud. I'm so so depressed & tired of continuing like this. It has even killed my love-life because I don't want to drag any lady into my messed finance. I would still be paid this January but the mess on ground would suck it up & push me to get another loan; a man must survive. I see myself as "Customer daadaa ni" (regular customer) to this loan companies. I can't live this 2021 like this. It's not been easy but I'm still thanking God for being alive though.

Just felt like pouring my heart here, so I can get some relief, since they say 'a problem shared is half-solved.

I'm still having problems getting past the “Beneficiary Employees”.

I am stuck at the “last salary” part. I don't know of it's got to do with my browser (Safari) or not. But each time I fill the salary in this format “ #61,750 “, it still says, “ last salary is required”.

Is there anyone with this same issue please, and how did you get around the last salary figure input?

how do i know the affected staff? all the names i put, have red star infront. does that mean, they're all affected?

Who dey online I beg advice me. I am trying to verify acct details on my payroll myself before I upload n I just noticed that one of them the account has two means which she said it's d fault of the bank while the other bank that she opened her BVN bears three names n it's dormant. I feel it will affect d BVN verification. What do u think?

honestly it's worrying. my hubby staff two of them dont have bvn. they asked to provide their sibling to replace them. thats what we are doing. they will give them all details of the company to avoid stories in case they are calling. i just tire for them

ANSWER: No, I didn't fill above 50k. Infact, I didn't put up to 50k.


n lastly pls i know i have asked this question here n gotten answer as well but someone later said its not necessary pls since ur details have been verified pls put me through properly

since organisation account details, i used hubby direct account details and its verified already. now in the employee do i need to repeat his details there again? like in ur case, how did you do it?

ANSWER: NO, I didn't put the Employer's Account details again, only Employees.

then if no, the number of staff we are filling is 7 including him. so shld i fill only 6 staff or do i fill the space with someone else?

ANSWER: Fill the space for another person, don't include him again to avoid disqualification.


pls reply asap. my completing this process depends on this sir

I can’t seem to get beyond the point of last salary amount. It keeps telling me *last salary amount is required.
Who’s had this same issue and how did you get by it?
